从法社会学视角讲，科学(教学案例，试卷，课件，教案)发展观的实践起点在于具体制度的构建。首先，&以人为本&应当根除人治而迎合法治；其次，&社会和谐&需要弥补&法律真空&，寻求法律与道德协调整合的秩序机制；再次，&可持续发展&要求摒弃权力法律观，推演权利法律观与生态法律观的优化嫁接。

It consists mainly of international copyright principles, law and practice; fundamental theory and practice for copyright trade.

Students who have completed the required courses can have access to the choice of over thirty optional courses ranging from tool-using training, to interest extending studies and comprehensive researches. These courses are elaborately designed to extend the students' scope of knowledge in their preferred field and give chances for special-field teachers to teach. We run a Nankai Forum joined by specialists of science and humanities on a regular basis to refresh the academic air and stimulate the students to learn further and wider. We publish the school journal Nankai Teaching Research to help teaching and research. We hold lecture contests among teachers for academic exchange and improvement. We also arrange for students to edit publications, make investigations, and practise socially to create a special atmosphere of learning.

Fortunately, then China Central Academy of Fine Arts started a training program in the charge of Bencas with France Art Academy with respect of classic painting materials and skills. Guo enjoyed the full technical process of the European classic oil painting for the first time in his life from this training program and began to realize his previous errors and understood that what was popular in the Chinese painting at that time as just the original feature of the "Alla Prima" from the Soviet Union.
