The foundation of this system provides a good reference to promote the standardization and intelligence of the overhaul and maintenance of vacuum switches. This paper develops a special HF pulse power supply for internal pressure estimation, which achieves the output of HF-HV sinusoidal pulse wave whose frequency and amplitude can be modified respectively, and meets the design requirements according to the results of Simulink simulation and practical experiments. With the help of AT89S52, this paper designs an I~2C serial bus based signal detection system for peak value signal acquisition of HF pulse currents, which communicates with the upper computer by asynchronous serial communication for uploading the data. In the upper computer, a human computer interface is developed by Matlab software, whose functions are to do some computation and graphic display, such as calibrating the relation curve of vacuum degree and peak value of HF pulse currents, vacuum degree computation, and vacuum lifetime evaluation analysis basing on grey forecasting model as well as making relative suggestions.

本文研制了用于真空度检测的高频脉冲电源，通过Simulink仿真和试验检验其满足设计要求，实现了电压幅值和频率独立可调的正弦波高频高压脉冲输出；利用以AT89S52为核心基于I~2C串行总线的信号检测系统实现高频脉冲电流峰值信号的采集，通过异步串行通信实现单片机与计算机之间的数据通信，将检测数据传至上位机；在上位机利用Matlab开发人机交互界面，实现相关数据处理和图形显示，包括真空度——高频脉冲电流峰值关系曲线标定、真空度数值计算、基于灰色预测模型的真空寿命评估分析和提出相应决策建议。

With internationally latest studies, the paper also proposes some biquadrate filters which are capable to perform the functions of second-order low pass、 high pass、 band pass、 band stop、 all pass filtering by selecting one of the three inputs or their proper combinations from the same configuration, furthermore whose natural frequency and the quality factor can be tuned independently. Then a continuous-time biquadratic filter using CCCII is proposed, which can be used in hearing aids and in other analog signal processing applications. Lastly a current mode and a voltage mode novel n-order filters of multifunction are presented. Not all both of the n-order filters are electronic tunable,but also they are integrated conveniently and compatible with VLSI technology.

尽量的全面归纳以电流控制传送器为有源器件的有源网络模拟电路、模拟信号处理电路，借鉴国内外最新研究成果，提出两种基于CCCⅡ的双二阶滤波器，这些电路在不需要改变电路结构的情况下，能同时实现低通、高通、带通、带阻或全通多种滤波功能，并且滤波器的特征频率ω_0和品质因数Q可实现独立调节；其中一种基于CCCⅡ的双二阶滤波器，首次提出将CCCⅡ应用于可编程助听器领域；最后设计了两种高阶滤波器，电压模式和电流模式各一种，这两种滤波电路均能实现多种滤波功能，能实现滤波器参数的电调谐，具有易于集成等优点。

The new style Web sevice metioned in this paper is not only a implementation tool of Web Sevices, but also a basic constructure tool of application system based on XML. By this mean, we design and implement XML Portal tool based on XML, which is a Portlet container based on filter-styled Web Services. It provide a environment for development and deployment of Portlet.

In this paper, a carrier frequency synchronization algorithm based on autocorrelation has been introduced and realized in FPGA firstly, especially the Cordic algorithm and its realization. Secondly, two symbol synchronization algorithm based on crosscorrelation and autocorrelation are introduced and implemented in FPGA, then the comparison between them is made in the view of realization. Besides, the methods of area diplex and pipelining are embodied in implementation scheme of FPGA.

本文首先介绍了一种基于自相关的载波频率同步算法，给出了它的FPGA实现方案，重点讲述了其中用到的Cordic算法及其实现；然后介绍了分别基于互相关和自相关的两种符号同步算法，给出了各自的FPGA实现方案，从实现的角度比较了两种算法的优缺点，并且在FPGA设计中体现了面积复用和流水线操作的设计思想。

In this system, we introduces cluster architecture to provide global and scalable streaming caching proxy service mechanism; We implement streaming media transfer protocol on caching proxy end; We implement layered caching mechanism (global disk caching and memory caching) using dynamic sharing running memory buffer algorithm to support more stable and real-time parallel streams; We implement client request aggregation by means of streaming session sharing to reduce disk I/O and serve more user; We propose single streaming image to support the unify of pre-fetching streaming and caching streaming, which guarantees the proxy streaming of transparency for client; We design and implement streaming pre-fetching mechanism based on packet feedback information to reduce the number of "rebuffering" on client end; We bring forward streaming caching admission control policy fit for streaming caching proxy server to guarantee the QoS of streaming service.

该系统引入集群架构以提供全局的、可扩展的缓存代理服务机制；实现了缓存代理端的流媒体传输协议；采用动态共享运行缓冲区算法实现了分层缓存机制(全局磁盘缓存和内存缓存)以支持更多稳定、实时的并发流；利用流会话共享机制实现了客户请求聚集，从而减少磁盘I/O同时能服务更多的客户；提出了单一流映像，以支持预取流和缓存流的统一，从而保证代理端服务流对客户的完全透明；设计并实现了基于包反馈信息的流数据预取机制，从而减少了客户端的"rebuffering"次数；提出了适合于缓存代理服务器的流缓存准入控制策略，保证了流服务的QoS。

The realization of the invention greatly reduces the workload of document image denoising processing, and the invention has advantages of easy achievement method, easy software realization, capability of realizing balance between computing complexity and the denoising efficiency.
