实地研究

Base on the systematically geological investigation and study, we choose to use aremote sensing data source,the geography control data source(1:50,000relief map of Qiaojia and measured GPS ) as the data source of this research, adopt"Digital Landslide"processing image data, and carry on time-space analysiscombining geological investigation and related data. Application aerodynamicist theories, some important conclusions that obtained from the wind-tunnel experiment,and according to the time –space analysis result, we analyzed the landslide dammingmovement mechanism, presumed the movement format of this high-speed landslide,studied the formation mechanism and the movement characteristic of this landslide ,calculated it's movement equation, applied VC language to write calculationprocedure of each stage of the landslide, computed movement speed and displacement,and made sure its possible stop district.

本文在前人研究的基础上，选用遥感数据源、地理控制数据源(1：5万巧家幅地形图及实测GPS点)为本研究的数据源，采用"数字滑坡"技术处理图像数据，结合野外实地考察及相关资料对石膏地滑坡进行了时空分析；运用空气动力学理论，采用胡厚田等人在风洞实验中得出的许多重要结论，根据时空分析结果分析滑坡的运动机理，推测高速滑坡的运动模式；研究石膏地滑坡的形成机理、运动特征及运动方程，并用C++语言在VC开发环境中编写滑坡各阶段的计算程序，计算滑坡的流动速度及运动位移，确定其可能的停止区域。

Related with the traffic status of our country, the content of this paper is combined with practical application. The paper studies how to investigate traffic status in urban signal intersection, By field observing and videography, this paper get the geometry formal、traffic control and traffic running state of Xingtan road and Wenhuiyuan north road intersection, which can be support database for model building and model testing. On currently basic design principles of signal phase, through deep study of signal phase and canalization design.

本文结合我国目前的交通状况，着力将所要研究的内容与实际应用结合起来，研究了城市信号交叉口交通调查的方法，通过实地观测和摄像的手段获得杏坛路与文慧园北路交叉路口的几何形式、交通管理和交通运行状况的信息，以此作为建立模型和验证模型的支持数据，并在现有信号相位设计基本原则的基础上，深入研究了混合通行情况下的相位方案及渠化设计。

Freezing soil is a natural phenomina in cold and mountain areas, which has great impact on the regional climate, water cycle, and water balance. The land surface process in the condition of soil freezing and thawing is one of the most important process in the area. This paper firstly reviews the present study on land surface process in the condition of soil freezing and thawing, especially the development after the the hydrological land surface model introduced into the study of General Circulation Model, then introduces the undergoing international research project, such as Project for Intercomparison of Land-surface Parameterization Schemes and Cold Land Process Field Experiment by NASA, and finally analyses and puts forward the future research field and topics.

冻土是全球中高纬地区和高山地带普遍存在的自然现象，它对全球以及区域性气候、水循环、水平衡等都有着巨大的影响，土壤冻融条件下的陆面过程正是这种影响的重要环节，介绍了土壤冻融条件下陆面过程的研究现状，特别是在大气环流模型中引入水文陆面模型以来陆面过程研究的迅猛发展，对现在国际上正在进行的考虑冻土的陆面过程研究项目，如陆面过程参数化比较计划的第二阶段第五期PILPS (2E)以及美国NASA的寒区陆面过程实地试验计划也进行了介绍，并在此基础上对土壤冻融条件下陆面过程的发展趋势进行了分析。

本研究为质的研究，主要目的是透过以儿童为本位的「八十二年国小数学课程的精神」对12位就读於研究者任教之补习班且尚未接受规律教学的国小五年级学童实施小班数形规律单元教学，并经由教学观察、两次纸笔测验及实地访谈分析来探究学童经过本研究教学后，在解决规律问题时的察觉能力及解题表现为何？

This article take participates in the seventh session of athletic meet for people with disabilities wheelchair basketball competition's male and female each 8 provinces and cities team as the object of study,uses the scene to observe and emulate,consult research techniques and so on literature material, questionnaire survey and interview,mathematical statistic,logic analysis and video recording analysis,carried on the scene to the competition to observe and emulate with the video recording analysis,simultaneously to participated in competition's trainer,the staff as well as the athlete carries on the interview and the questionnaire survey,in grasped the mass data in the foundation,conducted the research and the analysis to our country wheelchair basketball present training condition.

第七届全国残运会期间，本人伴同导师一起前往昆明实地调研。本文以参加第七届残疾人运动会轮椅篮球比赛的男女各8支省市队为研究对象，采用现场观摩、查阅文献资料、问卷调查及访谈、数理统计、逻辑分析和录像分析等研究方法，对比赛进行了现场观摩和录像分析，同时对参与比赛的教练员、工作人员以及运动员进行访谈和问卷调查，在掌握大量数据的基础上，对我国轮椅篮球目前存在的若干问题进行研究与分析。

We choose Huzhou for investigation, talk about the CRURS system"s performance. Then on the basis of theoretical analysis, we puts forward the research hypotheses, explores the main factors internal that have impact on farmers" attention on CRURS using the Logistic model analysis. We try to find out the main facts that have impact on farmers attention on CRURS, and provide the academic stanchion and policy advice for CRURS to safeguard the rights and interests of farmers.

本研究在参考国内外相关的研究成果和对现行制度分析的基础上，通过对浙江省湖州市农村的实地调研，在理论分析并提出研究假设的基础上，构建Logistic模型，尝试从农户的角度出发，对农户宅基地使用权流转的意愿进行实证研究，尝试找出影响农户宅基地使用权流转意愿的主要因素，为逐步开放宅基地使用权流转提供理论上的支持和相关政策建议，充分保障农民实现宅基地的使用权益。

Recalling history and status of the reform of public and nonprofit hospital. After comparative study on theory and model of international typical corporate governance, we analyzed corporate governance reform, point out that the current corporate governance reform in public and nonprofit hospital exists problems as following: persons absent from their duties in hospital, the Boards right and obligation is ambiguous and confused, the management practices in hospital beyond control and supervision, lack of effective corporate governance, motivation mechanisms is not perfect.

本课题采用资料调查与实地考察相结合，比较研究和实证研究相结合等研究方法，回顾了我国公立非营利性医院改革的历史及现状，经过对国际上典型的公司治理理论和模式的比较研究，剖析国有企业法人治理结构改革的经验教训，指出了目前公立非营利性医院法人治理结构改革中还存在着医院国有资产出资者缺位、董事会权利划分缺乏细化、医院管理层行为得不到有效控制和监督、缺乏有效地法人治理、激励与约束机制不完善等问题。
