I am a co-author of the following books or essays: A Series for Economic Jurisdiction Practice: Procedure; Judgment and Thoughts; Case Analyses of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration; Respondents of Commercial Arbitration. I independently wrote the following essays: Discussion on the Validity of an Arbitration Clause; Discussion on the Clausula Rebus Sic Stantibus; Research on Period for Product Liability Objection and Time Limit of Litigation.

先后与人合作完成了《经济审判实务－程序篇》、《审判与思考》、《中国国际经济贸易仲裁案例分析》和《商事仲裁法律被告》等，还独立完成了《论仲裁协议的有效性》、《情势变更原则》、《产品质量异议期限和诉讼生效期间探析》等论文。

Contrastingly, for the temporary development in Taiwan , strategies in practical fields (namely traditional educational system) emphasize the promotion of information facilities and new methods of teaching and learning. The well connected structure bridging between national scheme of lifelong learning policiesand technology domain approach should be the future concern.

其次，归结实务发展策略来看，资讯识读素养提升策略是强调以教学、学习、组织方案规划方法促进资讯识读能力的形成与提升，惟从国际组织相关研究已析见「综合性的资讯识读素养」为关键能力的发展的基础，未来规划资讯识读素养的提升策略，有必要同步回应不同层级课题。

A discussion of the meaning of sustainable development, the planner's role, the working process, what tools and practices helped gain and "coproduce" community knowledge, areas of frustration, and lessons learned will seek to contribute to the students' experience with reflective planning practice.
