The purpose of the research was to obtain bacterial polyhydroxyalkanoic acids producers with good characters. With bottom sludge from Donghu Lake, bum soil from hillside, fertile vegetable soil and oil-soaked soil as initial samples, the bacterial strains with ability of synthesizing PHAs were screened not through enriching, isolation and purification, staining with Sudan black B and qualitative and quantitative analyses by infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography. The results of staining with Sudan black B showed that there were 3 strains with ability of synthesizing PHAs among the 12 isolated strains and their numbers were Zj-5, Zj-8 and Zj-9 resp. All the 3 strains took on adsorption peaks at the points near 1741 cm^(-1) and the infrared spectrums of the strains Zj-8 and Zj-9 were similar.

［目的］获取性状优良的聚羟基烷酸合成菌［方法］以东湖底混、山坡裸地土、肥沃菜园土和油脂浸润土为初始样品，经富集、分离纯化、苏丹黑B染色、红外光谱及气相色谱定性定量分析筛选出具PHAs合成能力的细菌菌株［结果］苏丹黑B染色结果表明，在分离出的12株细菌中有3株细菌具有PHAs合成能力，其编号分别是Zj-5、Zj-8和Zj-9.3株细菌均在174cm^(-1)附近呈现吸收峰，菌株Zj-8和Zj-9的红外谱图相似。

The experiment of potted was carried out in the green house and biao-ben orchard of Shandong Agricultural University from 2002.9~2003.6. Aroma components of fruit were extracted by solvent soluble and analyzed by Gas Chromatogram/ Mass Spectrum , to study on the effect on strawberry aroma component under various nitrogen levels. At the same time , glucose and fructose in fruit were analyzed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography, and the correlation between glucose、 fructose and the precursor of strawberry characteristic aroma component was studied according the former article.

本试验于2002年9月~2003年6月分别在山东农业大学日光温室和果树标本园中进行，采用盆栽的方式，用溶剂萃取法提取香气成分，用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行定性、定量分析，研究了不同氮素水平对草莓果实芳香成分的影响，同时采用高效液相色谱法测定果实葡萄糖、果糖含量，对果实中葡萄糖、果糖与草莓特征香气成分前体之间的关系进行了初步探讨。

Methods Marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells were isolated and purified from mouse femoral bone and shinbones using differential adherent methods. Cells at the third passage were induced by 20% FBS in conditioned medium, conditioned medium alone, 20% FBS or 10% FBS alone respectively. Mouse aortic smooth muscle cells were cultured as the positive control. Levels of mRNA and protein expression of myoeardin and several smooth muscle cells marker genes were determined by immumofluorescenee, RT-PCR and Western blot before and 3, 7, 10, 14d after the induction. The presence of smooth muscle myofilaments was detected by using transmission electron microscope.

采用伞骨髓贴壁法分离骨髓问充质干细胞，CM联合20%FBS诱导骨髓间充质干细胞，同时设立持续10%FBS、单20%FBS及单CM诱导下的骨髓间充质十细胞对照组和SMC阳性对照组，分别于诱导前及诱导3、7、10和14 d时观察细胞形态的变化，并在相应的时间点用免疫荧光法、逆转录聚合酶链反应法、Western blot半定量分析法榆测myocardin以及SMC表面各种标志基因的表达变化，用透射电镜检测诱导后细胞内肌丝存在以此来证实诱导分化成功。

针对宝钢1580热连轧机精轧机组支承辊油膜轴承锥套使用中存在的各类损伤问题，利用三维弹塑性接触问题边界元法定量分析了轧机油膜轴承锥套与轧辊辊颈过盈装配过程中的变形和载荷特性，得出了装拆过程中不同的胀型压力和轴向推力条件下锥套接触压力延母线方向的变化规律，同时锥套端部和密封槽附近接触压力峰值的存在是加速锥套损伤及降低其使用寿命的重要原因。

The results demonstrate that X-ray powder diffraction technique and the Rietveld refinement method for measuring the percentage composition of free silicon dioxide in dust and other phases are accurate and have a better precision.

实验结果表明用Rietveld全谱图拟合法来测定粉尘中游离二氧化硅及其它物相的含量准确度较高，重现性较好，是一种较好的定量分析方法。
