To design and develop thepaleoceanography database system could manage, organize and share a great deal of complicatedframe paleoceanography data of North Indian Ocean, and actualize the quantitative analysis ofpaleoceanography.

古海洋数据库系统的设计开发实现了对北印度洋大量数据结构复杂的古海洋学数据进行有效的管理、组织、共享和古海洋学定量分析研究。

It utilized factor analysis and regression analysis ofthe multi-statistics to make the quantitative analysis on a great deal of core proxies in the North Indian Ocean and Indonesian Archipelago areas, and acquiredthe exact conversion relations of paleoceanic environment parameters (sea surface temperatureand salinity) and proxies. Then it made the change curve which can show the changes of paleo-ceanic environment parameters (sea surface temperature and salinity) which followed the changesof depth and provided the contrast between paleoceanic environment parameters of different coreson the landscape orientation. This paper supplied a more scientific and exact method for resumingthe paleoceanic environment on paleoceanography research.

本文阐述了以古海洋学数据库系统数据为基础的古海洋学多元统计分析模型，利用多元统计学中的因子分析和回归分析技术对北印度洋以及印尼多岛海地区大量岩芯的替代指标做定量分析，求出古环境参数与替代指标的精确转换关系，从而做出各岩芯处古环境参数随深度的变化曲线，提供不同岩芯在横向上的古环境参数对比，为古海洋学研究中恢复古环境提供了一种更科学更精确的方法。

The cyclic variation of integrated backscatter and echo intensity of three different myocardial regions perfused by left anterior descending coronary artery, left circumflex coronary artery and right coronary artery (on the frozen frame of parasternal short-axis image,those position were approximately at the 12, 4 and 8 o'clock direction to the center of the left ventricle, respectively) were measured with HP-5500 ultrasonic system and DFY ultrasonographic quantitative analysis system.

在35例急性心肌梗死患者发病2周内，用HP-5500型超声诊断仪和DFY型超声图像定量分析诊断仪，在胸骨旁左室乳头肌短轴切面，分别测量冠状动脉左前降支、左回旋支和右冠状动脉支配区域心肌组织(分别相当于左室乳头肌短轴切面上12、4、8点的位置)的IB和EI心动周期变化幅度值，以CVIB和CVEI值≤同一切面三个不同部位中最高值的1/2作为诊断心肌梗死的标准，部分病例与冠脉造影结果对比。

Methods 20 healthy volunteers and 37 patients with CAD were involved in this study. Color changes resulted from CK timing and amplitude were observed at parasternal short-axis view, apical four-chamber view and two-chamber view; The percent of regional fractional area change in 30﹪ diastolic period , namely color kinesis diastolic index, were obtained using ICK software.

观察20例正常人和37例冠心病患者胸骨旁左室乳头肌短轴观、心尖四腔、两腔观各节段心肌舒张期心内膜位移引起彩阶的变化，并运用ICK定量分析软件计算出心内膜于舒张早期30﹪时间内位移的面积占整个舒张期内膜位移面积的百分比，即心内膜位移指数。
