The drying process of chrome liquor was studied. The structure and property of chrome complex reducing by alcohol were analysed and tokened by many present well-rounded separation and analysis methods such as IR, UV-Vis Spectrum, IEC and pH potentiometry. Application tests of chrome tanning agents were conducted and tanning methods of tanning at high pH were studied. A systematic study was conducted on high alkalinity chrome tanning agents application in leather making process and possibility of clean chrome tanning was discussed.

本文系统地研究了多种小分子醇与重铬酸盐之间的氧化-还原反应，对反应过程进行了认真的剖析；对铬鞣液的干燥过程进行了研究；用红外光谱法、紫外及可见分光光度法、离子色谱法以及pH电位滴定法等多种比较成熟的现代分离分析方法相结合，对醇还原铬配合物的结构与性能进行了分析与表征；对铬鞣剂的鞣革性能进行了应用实验，研究了醇铬鞣剂在高pH值下的鞣制方法，并就高碱度铬鞣剂在制革过程中的应用进行了系统研究，探讨了用其实施清洁化铬鞣的可能性。

Snow in 1959, in theory, the general education should be to make up for the limitation of the academic mind caused by the excessive subdivisions of disciplines. Currently, the curriculum of general education in Taiwan University is often used as the professional standard as to the concept in contents, or with science and natural sciences related fields, it may even be set as a leading role in balance seeking. It is; therefore, doubtable that while college education devotes in breaking the barriers of knowledge or academic disciplines, and attempts to establish enriched yet systematic general education, at the same time, helplessly returns to the breakthrough of academic condition described by C.P. Snow where "the Humanities" and "the Science" still confront anxiously. This would not only fail to achieve the consilience in knowledge but also lead to a possible fracture.

P Snow在1959所提出「种文化」的概上进发展的话，那麼通教育在上应该是弥补学科分工过细、导致学术心受到限制的现象；然而目前台湾的大学通教育，由於经常被当成与「专业」相标举的内容概，甚至是被定成与工或自然科学等相关域寻求平衡或对话的角色，因此免让人怀疑：当大学教育致於打破知或学科的藩篱，并且试图建丰富而有系统的通教育时，是否无且吊诡地重新走回史当时所描述并尝试突破改变的学术况－「人文」与「科学」依然充满紧张与对，知仅难以达到融通、甚至陷入另一种断的可能？

What differ from that of the researchers in the past is the consideration of the direction of Hopf bifurcation with Dirichlet boundary condition , that is, the conditions when the Hopf bifurcation periodic solutions are orbitally asymptotically stable with asymptotic phase.Our basic idea come from the results given by Tang[30]. We adopt the method used by Hassard in the Hopf bifurcation theorem in [24], which is to judge the existence and the direction of Hopf bifurcation, and the stability of the Hopf bifurcation periodic solutions.

The tensile strength and the elastic modulus were assumed to obey Weibull and logarithmic normal distribution and the other mechanical parameters were taken as constant values in the simulations of three-graded-concrete supported beam. The random aggregate random parameters model was established, which is very close to the actual structure. The results show that the nonlinear behavior of higher homogeneous specimen appears later obviously; the influence of random distribution of elastic modulus on the mechanical character is very little in linear range, while great in nonlinear range; random distribution of tensile strength affects the strength and the damage threshold of concrete obviously.
