Based on the characteristics of Conceptual Design of product and the functions of the old version of design automatization system, DARFAD, the paper perfects the old functions and empolders some new functions of DARFAD system.

本文根据概念设计的特点，结合设计自动化系统DARFAD系统原有功能，对DARFAD系统进行完善和新功能开发，完善了生长型产品概念设计模块，研究了产品概念结构中的力学技术和产品设计工具，并通过实例验证了系统的有效性。

但中国目前正处于一个社会的快速转型时期，因此在中国实施排污权交易制度有着许多特点和困难，主要有以下几个方面：社会主义市场经济体系不完善，包括按行政区域划分的管理体制限制排污权市场的形成、现代企业制度的不完善以及缺乏相应的金融机构开展排污权储存业务；粗放型经济增长难以进行污染总量控制；污染源的结构和分布发生了变化；排污权交易面临更高的交易费用；政府干预过多等等。

值得我国借鉴的是，有必要参照FIDIC的合同条件，在建设工程合同条件中完善有关保险的规定，使其具有可操作性，并且要完善建筑市场机制来保证合同条件的运用。其次，分析了法国工程保险制度的特点及对我国的启示。

In the end, a few suggestions are put forward in order to further improve the building of teacher management system, such as cultivating human-oriented educational conception to place importance on teachers'development, strengthening management target to promote the effect of teacher management, implementing many-faceted incentive measures to meet teachers'needs, improving teacher participation management mechanism and strengthening the building of school culture.

最后对该校教师管理制度建设的进一步完善提出几点建议，如树立以人为本的管理思想关注教师的专业发展、强化目标管理提高教师管理效能、实行多元化激励以满足教师的需要、完善教师参与管理机制及加强学校文化建设等。

Second, the consummation about legal intervention mechanism of family violence is seriously necessary, so the author introduce some valuable experience about oversea counter-domestic abuse method here, in judicial intervention there are the civil protection command, the appeal system, the judicial correcting and punishment system, the evidence system, and the establishment with special domestic violence court and so on. All are the effective sharp weapon to preventing and controlling domestic violence.

第四部分是本文的核心内容，具体论述了完善反家庭暴力立法和健全家庭暴力法律干预机制需要解决的法律问题，笔者对此进行了如下探索：首先，完善家庭暴力立法应当首当其冲明确界定家庭暴力的定义和范围；其次，笔者从民事、刑事救济两方面论述了健全家庭暴力法律干预机制，必须借鉴国外反家庭暴力法的一些宝贵经验，其中司法干预中制定民事保护令，公诉制度，司法矫治处分制度，证据制度、和设立专门家庭暴力法庭等都是有效防治家庭暴力的利器。

我国资产评估行业起步较晚，虽然发展迅速，但经比较研究发现，在上述方面与发达国家仍存在很大差异：评估目的相对狭窄，我国主要以专利资产成本摊销、交易和投资为目的进行评估，忽视了专利服务管理和诉讼为目的的评估；评估理论应用受限，我国主要应用收益法，世界知名评估机构更注重新理论的应用；评估准则制定落后，无论是国际评估准则、美国评估准则还是欧洲评估准则，都制定较早，并多次修订已形成严密的结构体系，而我国在评估准则中未体现与会计准则的关系，对评估师执业责任的要求过于简练，没有对价值类型加以明确，对无形资产评估方法的规范也不详细；立法不完善，我国没有相对完善的立法对非现金出资进行规制，对专利侵权控制力不够、专利出资形式限制过多。
