ABSTRACT: Random amplified polymorphic DNA was used in analysing the relationship among twenty-six speices of Amanita from Mangshan, Hunan. Of 40 primers, 6 ones generated reproducible RAPD profiles, and each one produced 1-10 bands. Two primers (OPG15 and OPH04) could differentiate 26 species of Amanita by its RAPD profiles. The similarity coefficients obtained from profiles generated by six primers among Amanita were about 20-60%. A dendrogram was constructed using average linkage clustering for clustering analysis. It indicated that there were two groups in 26 species and some species with ring and membranous volva clustered a group which coincided with morphological classification.

本文对采自湖南莽山的26种鹅膏菌属真菌进行了随机扩增多态性DNA分析，40个随机引物中筛选出扩增效果较好的6个引物，每个引物能产生1～10条DNA条带，获得的RAPD谱带清晰并呈现多态性OPG15、OPH04两个引物扩增的RAPD谱带能将26种鹅膏菌完全区分开来，通过6个引物的RAPD分析获得的平均相似性系数表明种与种之间的相关系数在20―60%之间，平均链锁聚类分析可将26种鹅膏菌分为二大类，且一些具菌环和苞状菌托的种类聚在一起，与形态分类基本相吻合。

By using properties of quasi-regular semigroups and left central idempotents, some statements are proved. Let S be a quasi-right semigroup, then (1) S is a quasi-completely regular semigroup;(2) RegS is a completely regular semigroup;(3) R(superscript *) is the smallest semilattice congruence on S;(4) Each R-class T(subscript α) on RegS is a right group;(5) T(subscript α)G(subscript α)×E(subscript α), where G(subscript α) is a group, E(subscript α) is a right zero semigroup.

利用拟正则半群和左中心幂等元的性质，证明了S为拟右半群时，(1) S为拟完全正则半群；(2) RegS为完全正则半群；(3) R为S上的最小半格同余；(4) RegS上的每个R-类T为右群；(5) TG×E，其中G为群，E为右零半群。

Thunberg Fritillary Bulb is one of the most popular Traditional Chinese herbs. Some trials in vivo and animals indicated that Peimine and Peiminine, extracted from Thunbery Fritillary Bulb, have the function of reversing MDR of two different kinds of mechanisms. They can improve the cytotoxic of ADR to cancer cells by 5～10 folds under concentration of 10% cancer cell growth inhibitory rate. Peimine and Peiminine not only feather typical character of modifier of MDR, but also differ from other moldifiers such as Calcium channel blocker, Cyclosporines in chemical structure, they belong to cevine groups alkaloid, a subgroup of C-Nor-D-homosteroid alkaloid.

浙贝母是临床常用中药，体外及动物试验证明，浙贝母中的有效活性成分贝母甲素和贝母乙素具有逆转肿瘤细胞MDR的作用，而且能逆转两种不同机制的多药耐药肿瘤细胞的耐药性，在无明显细胞毒剂量下，可使阿霉素对耐药肿瘤细胞的杀伤活性提高5-10倍，不但具备明确的多药耐药逆转剂的特征，而且在化学结构上属异甾类生物碱中的瑟文类生物碱，完全不同于钙离子拮抗剂、免疫抑制剂和其它现有的耐药逆转剂，具有作用靶点宽、化学结构独特的特点。

On plasminogen-free fibrin plates and plasminogen fibrin plates, the fibrinolytic activity had no obvious difference, indicating that the enzyme was a fibrinolytic enzyme which degraded fibrin directly, but not a plasminogen activator which degraded fibrin by activating plasminogen.

This article studied differences in postpartum fatigue and birth outcomes between women who pushed immediately and those who delayed pushing during the second stage of labor. Data were collected from primiparous women in their 38th to 42nd gestational week who did not receive epidural analgesia during labor and were free of complications during pregnancy. Using a quasi-experimental design, 72 participants selected by convenient sampling were assigned based on individual participant's preference to either an experimental or control group. For the experimental group, pushing was delayed until the point after full cervical dilation at which the mother felt a strong physical pushing reflex, the fetal head had both descended to at least the +1 level in the pelvis and turned to the occiput anterior position, and uterine contractions were at least 30 mmHg. For the control group, the physician instructed mothers to begin pushing after full cervical dilation at the point when the fetal head was in the occiput anterior position and uterine contractions were at least 30 mmHg.

本研究目的在探讨初产妇女第二产程立即用力与延迟用力对产后疲惫及生产结果的影响，收案对象为怀孕38-42周初产妇女、待产期间未施打硬脊膜外麻醉，且怀孕期间无任何合并症，於待产期间向其解释研究目的及收案方法后予以收案，采类实验设计法，以方便取样并依个案之意愿分派於实验组及控制组，实验组於子宫颈完全扩张后等到强烈想用力的感觉、胎头位到达坐骨棘连线下1公分以下、胎头位置转到枕前位、子宫收缩规律强度至少30mmHg才教导向下用力；控制组於子宫颈完全扩张后即教导向下用力，共收案72位。
