In order to eliminate the influence caused by the nonminimum phase characteristic of a common Boost DC/DC converter, Viswanathan K has proposed a novel tristate Boost DC/DC converter. For enhancing performance, the statespace averaging model of this converter was first presented in this paper. Due to the nonlinear nature in this model, an inputoutput feedback linearization technique was adopted, and a complete controllable linear system was obtained. Then a statefeedback control strategy was designed based on this linear system. Simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can assure constant output voltage in a wide range, so as to realize the stability of the system during large fluctuation of power supply and load disturbance. Good dynamic performance can also be achieved.

The main work and innovation of this dissertation are: 1. The network management domain-specific mobile agent system architecture and mobile agent model are proposed and described in details. The lifecycle of mobile agent is described by using state diagram. The layered security model is introduced. The mobility model is distinguished by the complete and partial one as well as the explicite mobility and implicite one. 2. Aimming at the complexity and heterogeneity of the network, the abstract network entity is presented and defined in details. The mobile agent is also classified and studied from the point of the mobile mechinisim along with the resposibility view. The NMBMA, which the main component is ANE, is put forward and described by using organizational, informationl, computational and implementary model. 3. The two architectures, NMBMA and Client/Server-based one, are compared and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. 4. The prototype based on the above NMBMA is designed and some examples are described in the prototype.

Methods and results We assume the carotid arterial wall is the elastic material so we can use the Hooke's law to analyze it. The experiment is based on the use of ultrasound B-mode imaging technique and the off-line image analysis. Elastic tube phantom experiments demonstrated the validity of the technique, providing the size of the tube within 3% of the actual values. The system was also tested in the common carotid arteries of 10 healthy males (age 23.6 y). The differentiation coefficient is 0.07 between three inbreed families respectively. The highest level of genetic homozygosity is in families Ⅱ at 18, but genetic variation is a little difference between inbreeding pig and mice. However, this study revealed the pattern of genetic variation at microsatellite loci in the 3 inbred families of WZSP with one of the most important findings to be the high level of unexpected heterozygosity at some loci, e.g. Sw874 and Sw936 that could be part of the unique genetics of three families. A hypothesis is that certain functional genes linked with such microsatellite loci may be involved in the maintenance of viability of these inbred families of WZSP remains for further investigation.
