Since its establishment the orchestra has presented a lot of productions, including Chinese opera: Thunderstorm, the Wager, Poet Li Bai, The Savage Field, Sister Jiang and others; Western opera: Otello,Tosca, Turandot, La Boheme, La Traviata, the Nose, Rigoletto and others; Chorus and Oratorio: Beethoven 9th Symphony, Mozart Requiem, Handel Messiah; Ballet: Swan Lake, the Nutcracker, Manon, Don Quixote, and others.

五十多年来，乐团参与排演了中国歌剧《雷雨》、《赌命》、《李白》、《原野》、《江姐》，西方经典歌剧《奥赛罗》、《托斯卡》、《图兰多》、《波西米亚人》、《茶花女》、《鼻子》、《弄臣》，交响合唱贝多芬《第九交响曲》、莫扎特《安魂曲》，清唱剧《弥赛亚》，芭蕾舞剧《胡桃夹子》、《天鹅湖》、《曼侬》、《唐吉珂德》等经典作品，以及众多不同时期、风格各异的交响乐作品。

The orchestra played Mozart's Requiem. In it, the choir and orchestra ensemble sing out the different parts of a funeral Mass in Latin, interspersed by the voices of the soloists: soprano, mezzo soprano, tenor and base.
