In the thesis some suggestions and ideas are provided such as FSA should be introduced into the legislation of ship technology; Different safety evaluation way and means should be set up according to different ship safety fields; Refer to the frame of rules and regulations of fire safety in international convention, drafts about ship fire safety in 2005 amendment of Regulations of Domestic Ship Survey Technology should be redrafted; Uncertainty analysis method, for instance RSI method, could be used in drafting and evaluating the rules and regulations for ship statutory survey in the new period.The topic of the thesis is novel and unique.

通过研究，笔者提出了若干建议和看法，比如：在船舶技术立法工作中必须引入综合安全评估方法；对于不同的船舶安全领域应建立不同的安全评估方法和手段；根据国际公约的消防安全法规框架，重新起草2005年修改通报中有关船舶消防安全的草案案文；并且还提出探索用&不确定性方法&作为新时期船检技术法规起草的革命性方法和手段。

Based on the principle of "Giving first place to safety and laying stress on prevention" and requirements of power safety production, the whole-process safety identification system was established with emphasis on the key points of protection device checking, electrical equipment maintenance, preventive tests, and safety-related operational work. The system is expected to ensure safety of site operation of 500kV substations and prevent happening of faults due to operational and managerial peccancies.

阐述坚持&安全第一，预防为主&的原则，按照现有电力安全生产的各项措施要求，针对500kV变电站内保护装置校验、电气设备检修、预防性试验及运行操作中涉及安全的关键节点，从作业准备、实施到结束，全过程地建立安全鉴证制度，确保500kV变电站现场作业安全，遏制各类行为性违章和管理性违章造成的人身、电网、设备事故的发生。

Based on probability theory, a method for describing and calculating the collision probability between rendezvous and docking vehicle and debris is presented, and the method involves quantitatively analyzing the collision probability using quasi maximum instantaneous collision probability and total collision probability. The method calculating the indexes is developed, and the input required to perform a calculation includes the respective state vectors, position error covariance matrices and physical sizes of objects involved.(3) Two methods to analyze relative trajectory safety between chaser and target are developed, which are 3-sigma ellipsoid based methodology and collision probability based methodology.

1分析了交会对接各阶段面临的主要轨迹安全威胁，阐述了被动和主动安全策略、目标器的交会对接控制区域等保证交会安全的措施；(2)基于概率思想发展了线性和非线性运动情况下飞行器与空间碎片的碰撞判断方法，提出采用总碰撞概率和拟最大瞬时碰撞概率来综合描述飞行器与空间碎片的碰撞危险程度，推导了通过飞行器和空间碎片各自的状态矢量、位置误差协方差矩阵以及形状尺寸来计算碰撞概率的公式；(3)提出了两种分析追踪器和目标器之间相对轨迹安全的新方法：基于3σ椭球的轨迹安全分析方法和基于碰撞概率的轨迹安全分析方法。
