Comprehensive assessment method for dam structure behaviour is one of the cruxes to ensure dam safety, and the forward field of dam safety monitoring. So, it is an important item in theory and practice to study CAMDSB.

大坝结构实测性态综合评价是利用大坝安全监测资料保障大坝安全的重要措施，是大坝安全监测的前沿性研究课题，具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。

Article 34 The administrative departments of work safety of the people's governments at the districted municipality level or at the county level shall take charge of the daily supervision and examination of the fireworks and firecrackers production enterprises that have obtained work safety licenses within the administrative regions thereof and shall report any problems, if any, as found in the supervision and examination to the administrative organ in charge of issuing work safety licenses in a timely manner.

Article 36 The administrative departments of work safety of the people's governments at the districted municipality level or at the county level shall take charge of the daily supervision or examination of the hazardous chemical production enterprises that have obtained work safety licenses within the administrative regions thereof and shall report any problem as found in the supervision and examination to the administrative organ in charge of issuing work safety licenses in a timely manner.

第三十六条设区的市、县级人民政府安全生产监督管理部门负责本行政区域内取得安全生产许可证的危险化学品生产企业的日常监督检查，并将监督检查中发现的问题及时报告安全生产许可证颁发管理机关。

Firstly, there are less secure and efficient threshold schemes; secondly, the research on multi-secret sharing is rather weak; thirdly, usual verifiable secret sharing don't consider the partners' anonymity, while it is just people's expectation. Last but not least, the problem of variety on shares is becoming a more obvious restrict of efficiency, especially in the facets of the lost and being districted of shares. On the application of verifiable secret sharing, there are also two inadequates : on the one hand , verifiable secret sharing has been used in much threshold cryptography but in less verifiable signatures.

After the health administrative department of the State Council releases any food safety risk warning information or after receiving the food safety risk monitoring information in a notification made by the health administrative department of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government of the place where it is located in accordance with Article 10 of this Regulation, the people's government at the districted city or county shall promptly organize the health administrative department, agriculture administrative department, quality supervision department, industry and commerce administrative department and food and drug supervision and administration department at the same level to take pertinent measures to prevent the occurrences of food safety accidents.
