METHODS:An investigation of the nutrient condition and growth of physique among 500 preschoolers of new cities, aged 2 to 5 years old,who were examined in the Health Care Section of Women and Children in the Prevention of Epidemics Station of New Country district before entering the day nursery by measuring body mass and height, circumferences of head and chest.

采用称体质量，量身高、头围、胸围的方法，对在新市区防疫站妇幼保健科门诊入托前体检的新市区范围内的2～5岁的500名学龄前儿童进行体格发育及营养状况的调查。

Performance on perceptual organization index was more stable than verbal comprehension index and freedom from distractibility index. Stability of the non-verbal scales is better than that of the verbal scales of WISC-Ⅲ. Conclusion: The test-retest stability in the scores of WISC-Ⅲ was found to be reliable.

结果：(1)WISC-Ⅲ智商分数稳定性高，意即学龄孩童智商稳定性高，不同施测时问问隔与诊断类别并不会影响分数的稳定性；(2)WLSC-Ⅲ之知觉组织指数的稳定性较语文理解、专心注意指数高；(3)WLSC-Ⅲ非语文分测验之稳定度较语文分测验高。

Results The study showed that all the nutrients intake in 24 hours were more than 100% of the RNI except energy,calcium and zinc, and vitamin A intake of the children in Xi'an were less than 90% of the RNI. No statistical significant difference was found in the prevalence rates of lower weight, retardate development, emaciation, overweight and obesity between ages, regions and genders, and the prevalence rate was 0, 4.2%, 0, 3.3% and 10.0% respectively. Conclusion There are some differences between the preschool children investigated in Beijing and Xi'an.

结果 除能量、钙、锌外，北京和西安幼儿园儿童24 h摄入的各种营养素均能达到参考摄入量标准的100%以上；但西安幼儿园儿童维生素A的24 h摄入量未能达到参考摄入量标准的90%。2地学龄前儿童低体重、发育迟缓、消瘦、超重和肥胖的检出率在年龄、地区和性别上差异均无统计学意义（P值均＞0.05），低体重、生长迟缓、消瘦、超重和肥胖的检出率分别为0，4.2%，0，3.3%和10.0%。
