In the cultural context of China, not only Benjamin's works , but also his background, just as his Jewish birth, the friendship with Gershom Scholem, Theodor Wiesengrund Adorno and Bertolt Brecht, the same status with Charles Baudelaire, the same personal passion of collection with Eduard Fuchs, the same dumpish contemplation with Kafka, and his suicide are all texts which can be interpreted endlessly.

ABSTRACT:On the basis of the data of over 2500 individual cases of homosexuals and their family backgrounds and taking the social investigation of 254 case of homosexuality cured by Nanjing Cerebropathy Hospital from 1987—1993,the preliminary analysis and study of the stages of growth during childhood of homosexuality in Shanghai and other places organized by Liu Dalin and other related studies by other scholors of our country for reference,the author has put forward that durmg the growth of childhood,bad environments,family backgrounds and the mistakes of sex education at early stage are the most important reason of forming homosexuality.

提要，作者基于南京脑科医院自1987～1993年接诊的同性恋2500余人的个案资料，对同性恋者幼年的成长过程和家庭背景进行了初步分析和研究，并参考刘达临组织的上海等地254例同性恋社会调查情况及国内其他学者的有关研究，提出幼年成长环境、不良的家庭背景和早期性教育的失误是我国同性恋形成的最重要的原因。

Considering that the definition of CSR is controversial, and different school has different opinion about the connotation and extension of it, this chapter first probes into the origin of CSR, and lay out different parlance about it, in order to rendering the standpoint of this dissertation impersonal, impartial and scientific; then according to the etymology and locution of CSR, comments on these parlance about it by means of logic discriminance; finally, by appraising the different theories, brings forward the appropriate definition for CSR in my own conceit, that is: CSR is the obligation for corporation to maintaining and enhancing the social commonweal besides its duty to pursuit profit-maximum for shareholders.

She has read a lot of books of this field, not on penology only. She doesn't only read academic works written by Chinese experts, but also commentaries by foreign academics. She is interested in the forefront of legal issues too, especially the legislation of other countries. She even loves to read foreign crime novels. She has a great enthusiasm of studying the system of Anglo-American law, and we discuss the development of western tort laws and the issues on jury system sometimes after classes. She is good at discovering the key point, and she has a strong desire to seek knowledge, therefore, she concentrates her attention on what the teacher says in class, and looks for the answers diligently after classes.

涉猎很多专业书籍，并不局限于刑法方向，也不仅仅是中国的大家的专著，还有国外学者的评论和一些小的前沿问题也能引起她的兴趣，她尤其喜欢研究外国的法律，甚至钟情于外国的犯罪小说，对英美法系有着巨大的研究热情，在课下和我多次探讨过西方侵权法未来的发展方向和陪审员制度的若干问题，她是个善于发现问题并有着强烈的求知欲望的人，在课上她专注，课下她为解惑而孜孜不倦地找寻答案。
