The links of self-regulated weekly diary keeping requires the students to mind themselves and society and the effect of knowledge, ability and virtue will be taken into comprehensive account. And the students are requested to allow full play to their initiative, enrich their emotions throughout the self-regulated atmosphere, accumulate knowledge and improve ability.

自主性周记写作教学正是基于新课程理念的基础上建构起来的一种新的写作教学方式，力图改变传统写作教学中的以教师为中心，内容与形式脱离生活实际，脱离学生兴趣及教学情境单调的现状，在自主性周记写作的各个环节中，它要求学生关注自我，关注社会，综合考虑知识、能力与情操等三方面因素的作用，充分发挥学生的主体性，学生自始至终都在自主的氛围中丰富情感、积累知识、提高能力。

The cultivating and improving for the imagery thinking of students is a most important part of improving the integrity thinking for physics, so it must be running through each part of the whole teaching for physics, whichever the concept teaching, rule teaching or exercise teaching, teachers need to have fierceness consciousness, hold characteristic of the subject, make great effort to mine and exert the processing pictures, idealizing pictures, geometry pictures, graphics representation and so on, create conditions to inspiring the interest of using the imagery thinking, consolidate the habitat of using the imagery thinking of students, cultivate the ability of imagery thinking.

学生形象思维能力的培养与提高，是发展完整物理思维能力的重要组成部分，必须贯穿整个物理教学过程的各个环节，不论是概念教学、规律教学还是习题教学，教师都要有强烈的意识，紧紧抓住学科特点，努力挖掘和发挥教材中的过程图景、理想化图景、几何图景、以及图形表象等，创设条件激发学生运用形象思维的兴趣，强化学生运用形象思维的习惯，培养学生的形象思维能力。

Such rebuilding is the precondition of setting up new self-learning modes. And then, to reach the goal of efficiently self-learning in network environment, we have to: break through the traditional way of education, in such way students are just being indoctrinated with knowledge and skills; integrate information technology course with other disciplines, improve the status of information technology in the culture education, and this also can help to enhance the students" quality of information technology skills; fully utilize the internet resources but under teacher"s instructions.

第四章通过分析与总结，得出了本研究的结论：在网络环境下，重新定位教师和学生之间的关系，突出学生的主体作用，构建新型教学模式是自主学习的前提；破除传统信息技术教学单纯知识和技术教学的模式，加强信息技术课程同其他学科的整合，提升信息技术教育文化内涵是提升学生信息素养的重要方法；在教师引导下，最大限度地利用互联网的资源是实现学生自主学习的有效途径。

Learning-theory has an apparent improving effect on students" learning the basic skill of table-tennis. In the comparison between tested group and compared group, an obvious difference appears; it also has a positive effect on students" learning interest, for it can make students keep more interest in learning; using learning-theory is able to improve students learning method of table-tennis. Based on the similar initial learning level of tested group and compared group, and through a one-term teaching experiment, apparent difference of learning method between tested group and compared group arrears, and the learning method of tested group is better than that of compared group.

学习理论对学生学习乒乓球的基本技术有明显的促进作用，在实验组与对照组的比较中表现出显著性差异；对学生的乒乓球学习兴趣也存在积极的影响，可以使学生保持较高的学习兴趣；学习理论应用到乒乓球教学中还可以提高和改善学生的乒乓球学习方法，在实验组与对照组学习方法基线水平无显著性差异的基础上，通过一学期的教学实验发现，实验组与对照组在学习方法上出现显著性差异，实验组的学习方法好于对照组。

In this kind of circumstance, the author, combinign what others have researched in the field with my own views, puts forward the music education that the implements the merthod of " eathesis and enjoyment ", under the condition of regarding students as the principle, inorder to turn pure knowledge infusion and vocational trainings appreciation and the ability of cognizance and pay attention to the development of students personality developmet and creation at the time of teaching students knowledge in the relaxed pleaing environment.

针对此种情况，笔者在前人对教育改革研究的基础上，综合自身见解，提出实施审美与快乐结合的音乐教育，在以学生为主的情况下，变原来单纯的知识灌输和技能训练为提高学生的审美认知能力，在轻松愉悦的环境中传授学生知识的同时注重学生个性的发展以及创造能力的培养。

There exists a positive correlation in the analysis of the relationship between the students" proficiency test of self-explanation and academic performances in the correlation reaearch of the students" proficiency test of self-explanation and academic performances: there is a close relationship between academic performances of students and the mastery level of chemical concept study. As for the students with higher level of self-explanation,their quality of learning is higher and their academic performances are relatively better, proving that there is a close positive correlation between the academic performance of the test subjects and their self-explanation ability.

在对自我解释水平与学科成绩方面的相关性的研究中通过对被试学生的自我解释水平测试与学科成绩之间的分析发现了两者之间存在着正相关；学生的化学学科成绩与化学概念学习掌握水平之间存在着密切的关系，自我解释水平较高的学生化学概念学习质量较高，学科成绩也比较好，化学学科成绩与学生自我解释水平的存在着密切的正相关。
