The objectives of this research were students on third grade in junior high school whose study achievements were low. This research defined learning attitude as:"the attitude of learning contents","the attitude toward the teacher","the attitude toward school","the attitude toward selfhood". The research last one year by observing in teaching, using teacher's self-examination, students' learning papers, learning feeling questionary, and interview. The result were that thematic teaching improved the learning attitude of low study achievements students, and the degree of acceptancy of those students was high.

本研究以国中三年级学业成就较差的一个班级学生为研究对象，将学习态度界定为「对学习内容的态度」、「对教师的态度」、「对同侪的态度」、「对学校的态度」、「对自我的态度」五方面，研究历经一年完成；利用教学中的观察、教师反省日志、学生学习资料、学习感受问卷和访谈得知，运用主题式教学法可改善低学业成就学生的学习态度，且低学业成就学生对主题式教学活动的接受度也相当高。

On the base of analyzing school"s education, to find a kind of educational means of school, to persist obverse education and obverse guiding, to strengthen students'faith education. According to the students thoughts fact, we should avoid faith educations dogmatism and emptiness and improve our clear aim and effect for serving people.

最后要突出几个重点：把握学校与企业职业道德教育不同点，包括指导思想上的不同、内容和方法上的不同以及评价方法和标准的不同等，根据学生的专业要有选择地引入相关的企业文化，增强学校职业道德教育的实效性；结合具体实际，加强对学生的诚信教育，在客观分析学校教育对象诚信状况的基础上，找到具有校本特色的诚信教育方法，坚持正面教育与正面引导为主，并加强学生诚信实践教育，避免学校诚信教育的教条化和空洞化；针对学生的思想实际，提高为人民服务思想教育的针对性和有效性。

一些教师或限于教学设备间陋，或贪图省事，因循守旧，一本书、一只粉笔、一块黑板一成不变，乐此不疲，教学"一言堂"，包办代替，对学生强注硬灌，罚抄单词，没有任何情景的创设，把贴进学生生活的语言变成了孤零零的、枯燥乏味的机械重复，教学总体上"费时较多，收效较低"，陷入"勤勤恳恳地教书，辛辛苦苦地害人"的误区和怪圈，阻碍了学生的主动发展和个性培养，扼杀了学生的学习兴趣，使其厌学、怕学；课余几乎没有口语应用的机会，更谈不上去享受多姿多彩第二课堂的乐趣；教学要求实行统一标准。

在传统的教学中，英语教师只是课程和教材的机械执行者，实施者，英语教学与课程是彼此分离的，英语教师的任务只是教学。英语教师在英语课程开发过程中要着眼于学生的兴趣，需要和特长，采用网络中内容的多样化，动化效果，同步解说等手段表达教学内容，彻底改变传统英语教学中的凭空想象，似有非有，难以理解之苦，根据教学内容呈现教学情景，使教学过程变得形象，生动，活泼，从而引起学生的兴趣，调动学生的观察力和想象力，以加深学生的学习印象。

针对上述现状，笔者提出了相应的培养学生阅读能力的对策：重视小学阶段的阅读积累；激发学生的阅读兴趣，注重阅读习惯的养成；教给学生阅读的方法和技巧；创设主体性阅读教学模式；培养学生的感悟能力和思维能力；开设阅读选修课，加强课外阅读指导；发挥地域文化优势，开展课外阅读活动；转变全社会的阅读观念，营造良好的阅读氛围。
