An open-ended mathematical problem, to which there is not only one method to solve and not the only answer, draws the students attention to think and find out the various answers to the problem by themselves instead of depending on their teachers and textbooks. Students are changed into the active thinkers and finders from the passive accepters. In this way studcnds are guaranteed to play the main role and helped to form their self-awareness and independence of their personalities.

Adopting speech record analysis by making a sound while thinking ,aiming at Organic Chemistry test questions and doing a lot of individual case analysis, The author summarizes the successful problem-solving thinking strategy for outstanding students of Organic Chemistry questions then edites the successful problem-solving thinking strategy for outstanding students as a teaching plan and trains consciously the students in the experiment team adhibiting the problem-solving thinking strategy for Organic Chemistry in the usual teaching practice activities to find out the characteristics of students" problem-solving thinking activity in Organic Chemistry and to improve the students" ability of problem-solving in Organic Chemistry rapidly.

然后，将优生成功解题的思维策略编成教案，在正常的教学实践活动中，有意识地对实验组学生进行有机化学问题解决思维策略训练，以了解学生有机化学解题思维活动特征，促进学生有机化学问题解决能力的迅速提高。实验以株洲六○一中学高三年级理科两个班的学生为被试，以自编《高中有机化学问题解决能力检验的前测和后测试题》和自编《高中生有机化学解题思维策略训练教程》各1套等为材料，通过6周的教学训练，收集训练前、后有机化学测试成绩等数据，采用SPSS10.0进行统计分析，得出如下研究结论： 1、对高三年级学生进行有机化学解题思维策略训练能有效地提高其有机化学解题能力。

The history classroom activities enormously arouse the students' interests in learning history as well as change the students' learning manners and the traditional "spoon-feed" way of teaching. The variety of classroom activities helps a combined action of the students' four sensory organs, which is also advantageous for the students to improve their ability. The purposes of this study were:(1) to explore whether there were interactions between "Feedback" and "Goal-setting" on both students' mathematical performance and test anxiety;(2) to compare the differences of students' mathematical performance and test anxiety between students' self-set goals and teacher-assigned goals;(3) to compare the differences of students' mathematical performance and test anxiety between students of different predicting abilities.

通过调查云南省高校大学生体质健康标准的实施情况，分析云南省总的施行情况、对已实施学校推行过程中存在的问题和未实施学校的原因，以及在推行过程中学校对《学生体质健康标准》的管理、所需场地仪器和经费的情况、教师的知识结构与对学生进行指导的能力、学生的体质健康知识以及实施《学生体质健康标准》对学生的作用效果等方面进行研究，着重对施行过程中存在的问题提出相应的对策。
