Phytosociological description of vegetation has always been found on field sampling alternating with studies of the releves at home.

植被的群落学描述已经常以野外抽样为基础来取代室内样地记录的研究。

According to the phytosociological theories and methods of Braun-Blanquet's school, the regional savanna vegetation of the dry-hot valleys of Yuanjiang river had been investigated. Based on the principle of fidelity degree, the typical 110 releves taken from every sampling stands of the dry-hot valleys were sorted up from below to upper into 15 Associations, then into 5 Alliances, 2 Orders and 1 Class. A synoptic classification system of Class-Order-Alliance-Association was established for the purpose to reflect deeply the characteristics of all syntaxa there in the aspect of plant component and their abundance-dominancy, presence, cover coefficient, life form, growth form, and ecological environment, community structure, species types and so on.

采用Braun-Blanquet植物群落学研究的理论与方法，对云南元江中上游干热河谷分布的植被进行考察研究，把各处取得较典型的110个样地记录按确限度的原则由下而上归类成15个群丛、5个群属、2个群目和1个群纲，建立了元江干热河谷萨王纳植被群纲—群目—群属—群丛分类系统综合表和15个群丛表，以全面深入反映全干热河谷植物群落各级分类单位中各植物种类组成的多优度、存在度、盖度系数、生活型和生长型等特征及其群落结构、生态环境和种型类别。

Histologically, there were 2 cases of MC, 7 of MLMP (7 cases; 3 of them with intraepithelial carcinoma and 1 with microinvasion), and 9 of MCas (9 cases, 5 of them associated with MLMP and 1 associated with MC). Three of the MCas had areas of anaplastic or sarcomatoid carcinoma whereas 1 had an associated sarcoma.

组织学上，2例为MC、7例MLMP(其中伴上皮内癌3例，伴微浸润1例)、9例MCas(其中5例合并MLMP，1例合并MC)。9例MCas中有3例伴未分化癌或肉瘤样癌区域，而其中1例伴肉瘤。

All the LOH on 〓 and 〓 was observed in invasive ductal carcino- ma, carcinoma simplex, medulary carcinoma and scirrhous carcino- ma, no deletions at these sites were observed in any invasive lobular carcinoma and others. These results imply an etiological difference.P53 gene is a hot point gene in the occurrence and development of breast, cancer. PCR-SSCP analysis was performed to detect P53 gene point mutation in the region between exon 5 and 8, 5 of 12 (41. 6%) stage I breast cancer patients contain mutation of P53, 3 of 5 patients were accompanied by 〓 deletion. These results suggested that point mutation and allelic loss of P53 gene are two vi- tal genetic events in earlier stage of breast tumorigenesis.

我们还发现，〓和〓位点LOH均分布在乳腺浸润性导管癌、单纯癌、髓样癌及硬癌中，在浸润性小叶癌和某些特殊类型乳腺癌中全部为LOH阴性，上述位点LOH可能与某些组织学类型乳腺癌的发生有关。P53基因是乳腺癌形成过程中的一个热点基因，本研究对12例Ⅰ期乳腺癌组织标本中P53基因热点区域第5、6、7、8外显子点突变进行了测定，发现41.6％（5／12）的病人有P53基因一个或多个点突变，其中3例同时伴有〓位点LOH，表明P53基因点突变和等位基因缺失是发生在乳腺癌形成早期的一个重要遗传学事件。

RESULTS: After six weeks of implantation, x-ray film showed high-density signal, osteoid tissue formed under histological examination. Large amount of new bone were formed and connected to trabecularism 8 weeks after implantation in the experimental group.

结果 实验组6 周时大体标本浅红色， X 线片有较高密度阻射影像，组织学检查可见有新骨形成； 8 周时大体标本呈红色，质硬， X 线阻射影像密度更高，镜下可见大量新骨形成并相互连接成骨小梁样结构，骨细胞位于陷窝中。

The most common histologic type of SC was rhabdomyosarcoma (n=24), followed by high-grade unclassified sarcoma (n=5), rhabdomyosarcoma admixed with high-grade unclassified sarcoma (n=2), angiosarcoma (n=1), and low-grade myxoid sarcoma (n=1). Clinical follow-up information was available for 27 patients.

After cessation of CsA, the clinical symptoms of SGVHD (such as weight loss, diarrhea, hunching, ranting) were observed. The histological changes of murine liver, colon, skin, thymus and ear were examined by routine pathological methods.

结果 正常滑膜皱襞和病理性滑膜皱襞在滑膜细胞增生及小血管增生、间质纤维化及玻璃样变、软骨化生组织学改变方面，差异均有显著性（P＜0.01）；IL-1、IL-6在病理性滑膜皱襞内的增生滑膜细胞、单核及淋巴细胞和在正常滑膜皱襞内的表达差异均有显著性（P＜0.01）； MMP-1、TIMP-1在病理性滑膜皱襞和正常皱襞内的阳性表达，差异具有显著性（P＜0.01，P＜0.05），MMP-1在增生滑膜衬里层细胞、单核和纤维母细胞、血管内皮细胞和软骨化生的软骨细胞呈阳性表达；TIMP-1只在滑膜衬里层细胞和少量纤维母细胞有表达。
