It points out that under the situation that the principle of coulee thinking couldn ' t goes wits the development of mordern society .In the future ,we should take the construction of the mordern educational technology into the whole planning of the university. Establish a new education type, reform the old education structure , carry forward the education integration ,fully utilize the mordern educational technology.

When the instrumental value of learning educational theories is emphasized,its meaning of life is hidden in teacher development,so as to break educational theories and teacher development in the aspect of life.Analyzed from the perspective of teacher's life,teacher development implies much meaning of life and educational theories should care for life in many ways.

一、教育理论和教师发展在生命层面上的断裂教师发展中生命创造的缺失在学校研究性变革实践中，教师需要学习全新的教育理论、思维方式去应对、反省复杂的教育情境，改变自身在学校生活中的生存方式，实现自己在课堂教学中的生命创造，因为教师发展不能局限于专业发展。

Based on former researcher's decision on the rural education, this research take the Western rural education as the background, having the several Linxia boarding schools as a case, author adopts action research as the research pattern. Comprehensive displayed the West rural education and the village boarding school's development present situation, in carried on the analysis to existence a series of questions in the foundation, a final analysis of the existing evidence, and the outcome of the case support and operational models. Finally, progress on a combination of theory and practice covering logic and positive analysis as well as operating pattern and case support is made.

本研究在梳理了前人关于农村教育研究的基础上，以西部农村教育为背景，然后选择临夏回族自治州的几所寄宿制学校为个案，采用实证研究与实地研究的模式，全面的展现了西部农村教育和农村寄宿制学校的发展现状，在对其中存在的一系列问题进行分析的基础上，最后形成了既有实证分析与案例支持，又有操作模型的成果。
