The Center of Gender and International Issues is the first academic institution dedicated to gender and international issues studies in China.

First, we downloaded 11,600 research papers derived from Taiwanese medical centers in past five years via Pubmed journal database. Then, Impact factors of journals were collected to evaluate and rank the academic abilities of hospitals and authors.

The article, focusing on the thought orbit especially in the field of literature, emphasizing the inter-link between the changes of their thought, explaining the life choice of thought subject and taking the learning and thought idea of World Consciousness and World View as breakthrough points, depicts their social and moral bear and transcendality of their thought version. Contrasting their literary thoughts of organon and ontology with each other, the article explains the central role played by "tragedy" in their thought structure and homorganic and interdynamic relations between their best but last aesthetic "tragedy" and life "tragedy".

This essay studies Taiwan's women entrepreneurship with industry network perspective. It reviews previous policy and literature, then proposes two suggestions for the consult of government and scholars:(1) Expand the function of academic incubations, and integrate the assistance resources, to establish entrepreneur centers in universities to provide one-stop services.(2) Implement "entrepreneur circle" to assist entrepreneurs in constructing personal network, and connecting with industry network.
