One type of students are those who are short of study motion. This type of students can be divided into four situation. That is the contradiction between demands and realities, the repound after pressure, they have ever been defeated, they negate the value of study, Another type of students are those whose knowledge is not enough. Their previous knowledge can't catch up with the teaching demands of a vocational school. The third type of students are those who have no suitable study methods and good learning habits. The fourth type of students are the synthesis of all above.

After discussing and analyzing these above conclusions, we put forward some pointed countermeasures: expedite the educational reforms, improve chemistry academic motivation of the high school students; change the concepts of education and culture in a practical way, raise and stimulate female students" chemistry academic motivation; follow the law of high school students" law of somatopsychic development, put forward innovative strategies to raise and stimulate students" chemistry academic motivation; try to rise students" chemical academic record,promote middling students optimize and poor students convert; try to alleviate the students" pressure, promote the comprehensive development of the students; make overall plans and take all factors into consideration, enhance the high school students" chemistry academic motivation all sidedly.

本研究在对以上结论讨论与分析的基础上提出了有针对性的建议：加快推进教育改革，进一步提高中学生化学学习动机；切实转变教育观念，培养和激发女生的化学学习动机；尊重中学生的身心发展规律，提出创新性的培养和激发策略；努力提高中学生化学学习成绩，促进中等生优化和差生转换；努力缓解学生压力，促进学生全面发展；统筹考虑多个因素，全面提高中学生化学学习动机。

The serum levels of TChE and SOD and CAT in hippocampus of mice in Cold group was also significantly higher than those in the Control group and Warm group(P 0.05或P 0.01),while the serum level of MDA in the Control group and Warm group were higher than that in the Cold group(P 0.05或P 0.01). Conclusion:(1)Long proper winter swimming could improve learning and memory abilities of mice.(2) Winter swimming could improve the ability of learning and memory by coordinate the content of acetylcholinesterase (3) This effect may be related to the decreased activity of TChE and the increased activity of anti-oxidatio.

Fhe second part elaborates the procedure and the method of this cxpcriment.According to the achievement analysis of the final English examination (July, 1999) for Junior One in Wuzhou CLty, we applied the English Learning Strategies Inquiry Paper(Oxfoxd, 1993) to alt the samples. After being made t-Test~ to make sure that they have no obvious dissimi Ian tics in English achievement and strategies level,3 experiment classes and 3 contrast classes are chosen and dovided to 3 groups. Then they are trained half a year in 3 different ways:Group instructing Method, Self-learning---3--and-discussing Method and Permeating-in-teaching Method. The thirt part------Results and Analysis.

研究结果表明，不同的策略训练方祛、不同性别、不同成绩以及不同的训练时间对训练的效果均有不同程度的影响。1、分组指导法、自学讨论法和随堂渗透法这三种训练方式取得了不同的训练效果。2、从整体上说，男、女生英语学习策略的短期和长期训练效果都非常显著，但自学讨论法学生的短期学习策略训练效果存在性别差异。3、在不同成绩组学生的英语学习策略训练中，其短期训练效果有显著的差异，但其长期训练的效果则基本一致。4、英语学习策略训练的时问长短不同，训练效果的大小就不同。
