The antiparasitic effect of caprylic acid against seeral fish parasites, i.e., the ciliate Cryptocaryon irritans, monogenean Benedenia seriolae, copepod Pseudocaligus fugu and myxosporean Kudoa shiomitsui, was examined by in itro trials.Caprylic acid at a concentration of 1 mM had a parasiticidal effect against C. irritans theronts, B. seriolae oncomiracidia and K. shiomitsui spores and a contractile effect against B. seriolae adults, but had no clear effect against P. fugu copepodids and adults.

在体外实验中研究了辛酸对多种鱼类寄生虫的抗虫效果，如纤毛虫刺激隐核虫、单殖吸虫鰤贝尼登虫、桡足类Pseudocaligus fugu和微孢子虫库道虫。1mM的辛酸对刺激隐核虫滋养体、鰤贝尼登虫纤毛幼虫和库道虫孢子具有杀虫效果，对鰤贝尼登虫成虫有收缩效果，但对Pseudocaligus fugu的桡足幼体和成虫无明显效果。

The results showed the growth of pathogen was the fastest at 30℃,the average value of conidium was 18.6μm×5.0μm,ascospore was 16.9μm×4.1μm,the growth of hyphae on PDA was divided into two types.

结果表明30℃最有利于病菌的生长，分生孢子平均18.6μm×5.0μm，子囊孢子16.9μm×4.1μm，菌丝体在PDA培养基上的生长分二种类型。

Result In the first 4 d of experiment, the corrected mortalities of spore suspensions with various concn. of P. cicadae APC20 to P. xylostella were lower than 50%, but on the 7 th day, that of spore suspension with concn. of 3.0×10^8 spores/ml reached 85.11% and the insect corpses was bestrewed in the mycelium and spore powder of P. cicadae, indicating that APC20 showed stronger parasitic lethality to P.

结果］药后第1~4天，蝉拟青霉APC20各个浓度的孢子悬浮液对小菜蛾的校正死亡率均低于50%，而第7天，浓度为3.0×10^8个／ml的孢子悬浮液对小菜蛾的校正死亡率达85.11%，并且虫尸布满蝉拟青霉的菌丝体和孢子粉，说明APC20对小菜蛾呈现较强的寄生致死性。

Result The K7-2 colonies were white with smooth surface, dry and compact, presented a flocculent state and trim edge, and grew in radiated shape in medium, the earthy odor could be smelled when the culture dish was opened. K7-2 thalli was in thread shape; with gram-positive, and the conidium hyphae and conidia could be seen in plate insert culture.

结果］K7-2菌落为白色，表面光滑、干燥致密，呈绒布状，边缘整齐，在培养基中呈辐射状生长，揭开培养皿可闻到土腥味。K7-2菌体为丝状，革兰氏染色阳性，插片培养可见分生孢子丝和分生孢子。
