干性视网膜裂孔行眼底激光光凝术安全可靠、无不良反应，尤其在视网膜脱离高危人群包括高度近视眼、无晶状体眼和人工晶状体眼、钝挫伤以及另眼有视网膜脱离病史者，更应常规散瞳进行详细的眼底检查，早期发现干性裂孔，及时给予眼底激光光凝术，防患于未然。

硅油进入前房者：有晶体眼中2眼经前房放油眼压控制，其中1眼硅油再次进入前房，硅油填充亦超过1个月，经保守治疗无效，检查眼底视网膜复位后，同时行前房和玻璃体腔硅油取出术；无晶体眼中3眼经俯卧位加点降眼压药物，眼压控制，2眼虹膜周切孔膜闭者经过激光6点位打孔或重复打孔处理眼压控制，1眼作6点位周切孔重建，1眼行虹膜周切联合前房成形术，眼压控制。96眼眼压控制后，视力均有不同程度提高。

结果 视网膜周边干性裂孔和视网膜周边变性单纯用氪多波长激光治疗15眼，成功100%；局限性孔源性视网膜浅脱离10眼，先使用脱水剂、卧床休息、单眼加压包扎等措施，而后行激光治疗，成功率80%，2眼因玻璃体有牵引结合局部垫压术后成功；巩膜外扣带术后激光封孔141眼，成功率96.5%。5眼因玻璃体有牵引行玻璃体手术后眼内激光封闭裂孔成功；复杂性视网膜脱离经玻璃体切割手术，术中及术后激光封闭裂孔27眼，成功100%。

Methods: Vitrectom was performed on49 patients (49 eyes) diagnosed as vitreous hemorrhage. 25 patients(25 eyes) with ocular injury,9 patients (9 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy, 11 patients(11 eyes) with central retinal vein occlusion, 2 patients (2 eyes)with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, 1 patient (1 eye) with retinal vein periarteritis, 1 patients with senile macular degeneration.
