孔洞

Its form and intensity in different areas of the buried hills and different evolution stage are very different and has caused the change of reservoir properties, namely increasing heterogeneity: intensive and selective corrosion has caused obvoius enlargment of the pre—existing pores and increase of permeability of algal sparry dolomite located in main permeable course and dilution zone of water injection, precipitation of secondary minerals has caused the reduction of porosity and decrease of permeability in the upper part of oil pool and oil—water contact.

In this thesis, the concentration of graphite powder in the liquid nickel sulfamate and current density are chosen as parameters for composite electrodeposition of nickel and graphite powder. In addition, after electrodepositing, the graphite powder is oxidized into carbon dioxide through heating process for obtaining porous structure. Filter devices of various specifications can be made by controlling the hole dimension of the porous structure.

本研究为了制作出多孔洞结构，将在氨基磺酸镍电铸液中以不同的石墨粉浓度及电流密度为参数进行复合电铸，并且经由加热处理使石墨氧化成为二氧化碳以制造出多孔结构，根据这些多孔结构的孔径大小可以获得各种规格的过滤结构元件。

The results show that with the increase in milling time, the crystal sizes of W-Cu milled powder will be finer, while the undersaturation solid solution will generate, the crystal sizes of sintered alloy will grow up, holes will reduce and the relative density will reduce and approach to full density.

结果表明，随着球磨时间的增加，钨铜球磨粉末晶粒尺寸得到细化，且有不饱和固溶体产生；烧结合金晶粒尺寸长大，孔洞减少，相对密度增大接近全致密。

Whether the inner cylinder is drilled or not do not affect obviously the measurement accuracy. The accuracy of the drilled outside cylinder is higher than the undrilled ones, and the drilled holes are better to be equally distributed, further more, the number is less than 36 with the diameter of 3mm. The sealed outside cylinder can lower the measurement accuracy. The thinner material of sealed inside cylinder is and the more ventilative function is, the higher accuracy will be achieved. Moreover, when the space between inside and outside cylinder is smaller, the measurement accuracy also becomes higher.

结果表明：各处理精度均较高，最高达97.40%；内筒打孔与否对测量精度无显著影响；套筒打孔的处理比不打孔的处理精度更高，且孔洞适宜均匀分布，但数目不可过多，直径为3mm时不宜超过36个；套筒封底会降低测量精度，内筒封底材料越薄、透气性能越好精度越高；内筒与套筒的间隔较小时精度更高。

Small height fluctuations were artificially introduced to the thin film samples by mechanically rubbing the sample surface with a rayon cloth before dewetting initiates. By comparing the dewetting morphology evolution and the characteristic length of dewetting structures of unrubbed and rubbed samples, the results clearly show that the dewetting mechanism for thinner polystyrene films with h≤13. 3nm is spinodal dewetting and that for thicker films with h≥13. 3nm is heterogeneous nucleation dewetting.

通过用绒布在薄膜表面进行摩擦，人为的引入一定程度的厚度涨落，通过比较有和没有表面涨落的薄膜的去湿形貌，可以清楚的识别出厚度小于13.3nm的聚苯乙烯薄膜的破坏机理为旋节去湿，而厚度大于13.3nm的聚苯乙烯薄膜的破坏机理则为成核去湿，形成双连续结构或孔洞都可以导致薄膜的旋节去湿。
