Objective: To investigate the influence of hydrosalpinx on endometrial pinopodes, integrin β3, MUC1 and LIF expression during window phase.

目的：探讨输卵管积水对种植窗期子宫内膜胞饮小泡及种植因子integrin β3、MUC1及LIF表达的影响。

The cytokines were more sensitive than pinopodes, and were influenced easier by hydrosalpinx, as potential molecular mechanism for diminished implantation rates.

integrin β3、MUC1及LIF受积水的影响较胞饮小泡更为敏感，先于子宫内膜表面超微结构受到改变，可能是造成胚胎种植率下降的主要原因之一。

Methods: Twenty women with hydrosalpinx and 21 normal women because of male factors received IVF therapy were recruited. Pinopodes were observed with scanning electron microscopy and cytokines integrin β3, LIF, MUC1 expression were analyzed with immunohistochemistry in endometrium during window phase.

选择接受IVF治疗的20例输卵管积水妇女及21例因男性因素所致不孕的妇女，在种植窗期间通过扫描电镜观察子宫内膜表面胞饮小泡的形态、密度，免疫组织化学分析种植因子integrin β3、MUC1及LIF的表达。

Methods analyzed the 60 cases of patients whom were conducted salpingography with tubal patent test apparatus by liquid instillation.results in 60 cases, both oviduct get through in 42 cases , account for 70%;one oviduct incompletely get through in 6 cases, account for 10%;both oviduct were blocked in 12 cases, account for 20%.among them ,2 cases of hydrosalpinx ,4 cases of ampulla of uterine tube obstruction,6 cases of scarcity in one side oviduct,10 cases of absence of develop in interstitial portion of the tube.

分析研究60例子宫输卵管造影患者应用输卵管通液诊疗仪进行检查的病例资料。结果：60例中，双侧通畅者42例，占70%；一侧通而不畅者6例，占10%；双侧输卵管不通者12例，占20%。其中2条输卵管伞端积水；4条输卵管壶腹部阻塞，6条输卵管一侧缺如。10条输卵管间质部不显影。

Results the main pathological finding in this patients are:chronic salpingitis,salpingo-oophoritis,hyˉdrosalpinx,there are only two cases have endometrial tissue inside the oviduct in our observation.

结果 盆腔子宫内膜异位症囊肿的输卵管病理改变在本组病人中主要表现为：输卵管卵巢粘连、慢性输卵管炎、输卵管积水，并2例输卵管内有子宫内膜异位病灶。
