It has improved the ability of maternity and child health care and gynecological diseases prophylaxis and treatment in the target areas in a certain degree. Village women in these areas are becoming aware of the importance of health care and the harmfulness of gynecological diseases. More women are willing to seek medical advice than before. Financed by the program, 134317 women in the program target counties get the access to medical examination, and 104728 of them were found to be gynecological diseases sufferers. Among which 66.91% are cervical infection, 32.28% are vaginitis, 17.72% are pelvic infection, 10.91% are adnexitis,0.39% are metroptosis, 3.15% are cervical cancer, 0.69% are urinary fistula.

通过人员培训、设备配发，一定程度上提高了项目地区妇幼保健和乡卫生院妇女病防治的服务能力；通过多种形式的健康教育，使项目地区广大妇女对妇女病的危害及自我保健意识有了明显的提高，主动就诊率由项目实施前的24%提高到55%；通过项目经费资助，6个项目县为134317名妇女进行了妇女病普查，筛查出各类妇女病患者104728人，患病率77.97%，其中宫颈炎占66.91%、阴道炎占32.28%、盆腔炎占17.72%、附件炎占10.91%、子宫脱垂占0.39%、宫颈癌占3.15/万、尿漏占0.69/万。

Results:Under the laparoscopy,1 patient had a normal pelvis,the other 9 persons got conglutinant pelvis(7 were caused by chronic pelvic inflammation,1 by operation,1 by endometriosis),3 got wide conglutination between the back wall of uterus and rectum,depression of rectum disappeared;1 got pelvic inflammatory cyst;4 got endometriosis,and one of which got bilateral ovarian cyst and bilateral ovarian small teratoma.

结果：1例盆腔正常；9例盆腔粘连（慢性盆腔炎引起7例，手术引起1例，子宫内膜异位引起1例），其中3例子宫后壁与直肠广泛粘连，直肠窝消失；1例盆腔炎症包块；4例子宫内膜异位，其中1例双侧卵巢小巧克力囊肿合并双侧卵巢小畸胎瘤。

The results showed that the main pathogenic bacteria ledlocal cows to endometritis were streptococcus,the next,Escherichia coli,staphylococcus and pseudomonas aeruginosa.NFPL could quickly reduce thenumber of the bacteria in uterus,and strongerly inhibit these bacteria in vitro.NFPL could excit the uterus,which occurred in enlarging contractionamplitude.NFPL could lower abnormal high content of progesterone and raiseabnormal low oestradiol.
