Methods: The mRNA expressions of VEGF, kinaseinsert domain-containing receptor and fms-like tyrosine kinase1 (flt-1) in the tubal pregnant decidual tissue, the normal oviductal tissue and the early pregnant human endometrial decidual tissue were detected and compared with semiquantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.

采用半定量RT-PCR方法，检测输卵管妊娠蜕膜组织中的VEGF、KDR、Flt-1 mRNA的表达，并与正常输卵管黏膜及正常宫内早孕子宫蜕膜组织比较。

Results By celioscopic diagnosis, 109 females (54.5%) found ill with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, 55(27.5%) with endometriosis 18 with phase Ⅰ~Ⅱ, 37 with phase Ⅲ~Ⅳ, 12(6% with polycystic ovarian syndrome, 8(4%) with pelvic tuberculosis and 4(2%) with malformation of internal genitalia. This article is about adoption of Watson's caring theory for a 38-year-old primigravida, who presented with early uterine contraction and was hospitalized for tocolysis. Clinical data was collected and assessed by interview, observation and body assessment during October 17th and November 15th, 2006. We found the client worried about the fetal health owing to premature labor and felt frustrated about limitations and demands of learning and accomadating herself to high-risk labor, resulting in anxiety, constipation and health-seeking behaviors.

本文在分享运用Watson关怀理论於一位高龄初孕妇因子宫早期收缩住院安胎之护理经验，笔者於民国95年10月17日至11月15日护理期间以会谈、观察及身体评估收集资料，发现个案担忧早发性分娩对胎儿健康造成威胁，及为适应及学习高危险妊娠的限制及需要，引发个案有焦虑、便秘、健康寻求行为的问题。
