B. Physical findings characteristic of endometriosis are uterosacral ligament abnormalities (eg, nodularity or thickening, focal tenderness), lateral displacement of the cervix caused by endometriosis, and cervical stenosis.

B。子宫内膜异位症的体格检查特征是由子宫内膜异位症及宫颈狭窄导致的子宫骶韧带异常（如结节、增厚处、局部触痛），宫颈侧移。

Objective:To study the effect of CO_2 and 5% dextrose on proliferation and apoptosis of endometrial cancer cell (HEC-1-B). Find which one is the better distending medium for the patients suspected have endometrial cancer.Methods:Endometrial cancer cells were divided into 3 groups:(1)control group;(2) 5% dextrose group;(3)CO_2 group.

目的：通过研究CO_2和5％葡萄糖溶液在体外作用下，子宫内膜癌细胞的增殖和凋亡的变化，比较CO_2和5％葡萄糖溶哪一种更适合作为疑似子宫内膜癌患者宫腔镜操作的膨宫介质，为临床上疑似子宫内膜癌患者膨宫介质的选择提供实验室依据。

CO2 can inhibit the proliferation and promote the apoptosis of the endometrial cancer cells with distending pressure from 40 mmHg to 100 mmHg. The higher the pressure is, the more obviously CO2 can inhibit the proliferation and promote the apoptosis of the endometrial cancer cells.

二氧化碳在40~100 mmHg压力范围内，能够抑制子宫内膜癌细胞的增殖，促进子宫内膜癌细胞的凋亡，且随着压力的增加，二氧化碳对子宫内膜癌细胞增殖抑制和促进凋亡作用愈明显。

Methods Expression of VEGF in ectopic and eutopic endometria of 30 women with adenomyosis and 26 normal women was detected by using immunohistochemical method.

目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子在子宫腺肌症发病机制中的作用方法采用免疫组化SP法检测30例子宫腺肌症患者异位和在位内膜及26例正常子宫内膜中VEGF的表达。

Results 67 cases were hysteromyoma,28 cases were endometrial bleeding of post-menopause,11 cases were thickening of endometria,36 cases were mass of appendix,15 cases were mass-like strong echo in the cavity of uterus.

结果 子宫肌瘤67例，绝经后子宫内膜出血28例，子宫内膜厚度11例，附件包块36例，宫腔内团状稍强回声15例。

Methods: The eutopic and ectopic endometria of 23 cases, pathologically proved to be endometriosis, were chosen as experimental group, with the eutopic endometrial of 9 cases without endometriosis taken as control group.

选取23例经病理证实为子宫内膜异位症的在位内膜及异位内膜标本（增殖期11例，分泌期12例）为实验组，以9例非子宫内膜异位症患者的子宫内膜标本为对照组。

Methods The expression of ERK1/2, ER and PR in 30 endometrial carcinoma specimens was detected by immunohistochemical method. With the same method, the expression of ERK1/2 was detected in 20 normal endometria specimens and 13 hyperplastic endometria specimens. Semi-quantitative analysis of specimen staining was conducted.

用免疫组化方法检测30例子宫内膜癌石蜡标本中ERK1/2以及ER和PR的表达；同法检测20例正常子宫内膜、13例增生过长子宫内膜石蜡标本中ERK1/2的表达；对标本的染色情况做半定量分析。

Results (1) The operation time:the mean time was (40.3±6.1) minutes.(2) pathological examinations: a few necroses in endometrium (2/15 cases) and shallow myometrium (12/15 cases).(3) According to the skin radiation measurements of 20 cases, the highest dose was found in sacrum projection（32.88cGy）,came ovary(16.64cGy) and adrenal gland(16.64cGy) in the second and third. All the radiation doses was within the safe range in normal condition.(4) The collateral circulation from ovarian artery to uterus was confirmed by angiography and 3-D color Doppler imaging.

结果 （1）手术时间：平均（40.3±6.1）min；（2）病理检查：部分病例子宫内膜（2/15）、子宫浅肌层（12/15）出现少量的坏死，余未见异常；（3）患者术中所受X线辐射剂量：骶尾部皮肤处32.88cGy、卵巢16.64cGy 、肾上腺腰部皮肤投影处12.44cGy，均在正常安全剂量范围内；（4）侧支循环：经卵巢DSA造影及三维彩超证实术后卵巢动脉向子宫体提供少量的血流。
