综上所述，我们利用RT-PCR和3′RACE技术首次从吉乌一号甜荞第一对子叶中克隆获得荞麦蛋白酶抑制剂基因并对其基因特性、表达模式进行生物信息学分析，同时构建了该基因序列羧基端原核表达载体，为今后进一步研究荞麦功能性蛋白的分子机制及高效原核、真核表达载体的构建奠定了基础。
