To investigate the relationship between mutations in exons 12 and 23 of the ABCB4 gene and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.

摘 目的：探讨ABCB4基因外显子12和23的突变与妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症发病的关系。

Estrogen can cause fetal congenital heart defects, large vascular malformation, hydrocephalus, cerebral meningocele, visceral malformations, hydrocephalus, meningeal, bulging, visceral malformations, feminization of male fetus, penile deformity , cervical abnormalities, but also easy to cause miscarriage, stillbirth and ectopic pregnancy.

雌激素可引起胎儿先天性心脏缺陷，大血管畸形，脑积水，脑脊膜膨出，内脏畸形，脑积水，脑脊膜，膨出，内脏畸形，男胎女性化，阴茎畸形，宫颈畸形等，还易引起流产，死胎和异位妊娠。2、黄体酮可使妇胎生殖器男性化，出现阴蒂肥大，阴唇吻合等。3、先锋霉素：可通过胎盘屏障碍进入羊水中，对胎儿的安全性有影响。4、如有子宫收缩可引起先兆流产或先兆早产，应去医院请医生处方遵医嘱应用硫酸舒喘灵等舒缓平滑肌收缩的药物直至子宫收缩停止。

RESULTS: Steady-state levels of gap junction gene cx43 mRNA and Cx43 protein were detected in term human myometrium and were found to have a significant high positive rate compared with those in myometrium tissues.

结果：Cx43mRNA及其蛋白在足月妊娠子宫平滑肌中的表达明显高于其在正常子宫平滑肌中的表达（P.05）。

Also associated were preeclampsia/gestational hypertension (OR, 2.29; 95% CI, 2.13 - 2.46), smoking (OR, 2.85; 95% CI, 2.53 - 3.21), and diabetes (OR, 1.96; 95% CI, 1.64 - 2.35). Nonvascular diagnoses, such as pneumonia, transfusions, postpartum infection, or hemorrhage, were not linked to migraine.

Methods We studied 975 nulliparous women who delivered between Jan 2008 and May 2008. Women were divided into four groups according to their prepregancy BMI: underweight group (n=93); normal weight group (n=604); overweight group (n=176) and obese group (n=102), we observed the relationship between the prepregnancy BMI with pregnant outcomes.

2008年1月至5月在我院住院并进行阴道试产的初产妇975例，按照孕前体重指数分为低体重组(BMI8.5)93例、正常体重组(18.5≤BMI3)604例、超重组(23≤BMI5)176例、肥胖组(BMI≥25)102例，观察孕前BMI与妊娠结局的关系。

Results By celioscopic diagnosis, 109 females (54.5%) found ill with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, 55(27.5%) with endometriosis 18 with phase Ⅰ~Ⅱ, 37 with phase Ⅲ~Ⅳ, 12(6% with polycystic ovarian syndrome, 8(4%) with pelvic tuberculosis and 4(2%) with malformation of internal genitalia. The other 12 ones (6%) had normal pelves.

结果 200例中经腹腔镜诊断为慢性盆腔炎并输卵管病变109例(54.5%)；子宫内膜异位症55例(27.5%)，其中Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的18例，Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的37例；多囊卵巢综合征12例(6%)；盆腔结核8例(4%)；内生殖器畸形4例(2%)；正常盆腔12例(6%)。60例经腹腔镜治疗后妊娠(30%)。
