结果：合并癫痫58例(15.06％)、智力低下291例(75.58％)、语言障碍(2岁以上)139例(73.55％)、听觉异常43例(31.6％)、斜视79例(20.5％)；主要原因为窒息、早产及低出生体重儿、高胆红素血症、妊娠期感染、颅内出血；痉挛型四肢瘫合并症最多。
