This review described the advancement of embryo implantation and molecular mechanisms of interaction between the conceptus and the uterine epithelial surface.It will provide theoretic bases for improving pregnancy rate,preventing early abortion of fetus and even developing convenient contraception methods in the future.

本文综述近年来在人类及相关动物胚胎着床的研究进展，并重点阐述在胚胎着床中存在于胚胎滋养层表面与母体子宫内膜上皮表面作用的相关信号联系及分子调控机制，以期对提高妊娠率、防止胎儿早期流产以及开发简便高效的临床避孕措施的研究提供理论依据和借鉴。

Results There were 14 cases of tubal pregnancy (9 were located in ampullae ,4 were in interstitial trpes and 1 was in interstitial);And one cases were ovarian pregnancy.whose signs of CT were cystoid bump in the pelvic cavity,with uneven density and unclear interface with organization of surroundings, Cystoid wall or blood vessel of the part were intensified and there was no change inside the cystoid,concomitancy with hyperaemia of pelvic cavity.

结果 14例异位妊娠发生在输卵管(9例位于壶腹部，4例位于伞端，1例位于间质部)，1例发生在卵巢；CT表现盆腔囊实性肿块，密度高低不均，与周围组织分界不清，增强后囊壁强化或局部血管样强化而内部无强化，合并盆腔积血。

from march 2003 to march 2006, 60 patients suffered ectopic pregnancy of the hospitalization treatment of my hospital, were randomly divided into methotrexate group(group a, n=30), and consociation of methotrexate and mifepristone group(group b, n=30), and carry on two kinds of treating methods comparison.

2003年3月至2006年3月在我院住院治疗的异位妊娠患者，按随机表单盲分组，每组各30例，分为口服mtx组和口服mtx加用米非司酮组，并将两种治疗方法的效果进行比较。

200 forepart pregnant women with ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱgrade who free will stop gestation,they were divided into 4 groups randomly :P group was simplicity propofol; F group, T group and K group was mainlined fentanyl 0.75μg/kg,tramadol 1mg/kg,ketamine0.2mg/kg respective before propofol abduction, and continuous detected MAP,HR,SpO2 in the operation, and to note first dosage and total dosage of propofol, revival time, leave hospital time, ill reactivity in the operation.

200例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级、自愿终止妊娠的早孕妇女随机分为四组：P组，单纯异丙酚麻醉组；F组、T组、K组在异丙酚诱导前分别静注芬太尼0.75μg/kg、曲马多1mg/kg、氯胺酮0.2mg/kg。术中连续监测MAP、HR和 SpO2。记录各组病人异丙酚的首剂量和总剂量、苏醒时间、离院时间及术中术毕不良反应的发生情况。

目的：通过比较单纯异丙酚、异丙酚复合芬太尼、曲马多或氯胺酮四种麻醉方法，探究人工流产手术合理的异丙酚麻醉配方。方法：200例asaⅰ～ⅱ级、自愿终止妊娠的早孕妇女随机分为四组：p组，单纯异丙酚麻醉组；f组、t组、k组在异丙酚诱导前分别静注芬太尼0.75μg/kg、曲马多1mg/kg、氯胺酮0.2mg/kg。术中连续监测map、hr和 spo2。记录各组病人异丙酚的首剂量和总剂量、苏醒时间、离院时间及术中术毕不良反应的发生情况。
