Methods17 cases with striae graviderum in abdomen were treated by radiofrequency at 200～600j, five times for a course of treatment, meanwhile, taking photographs and observing the reaction before and after treatment.results17 patients had treated for a course of treatment, the total effective rate was 94%.there were not any complication.conclusionradiofrequency is a non-invasive and effective treatment for striae gravidarum.

应用射频治疗仪对17例妊娠纹患者进行治疗，治疗能量200～600j，5次为一疗程，治疗前后给患者拍照，并观察疗效。结果：共治疗17例患者，16例治疗1个疗程，总有效率为94%，未出现任何皮肤灼伤等并发症。结论：射频治疗技术无创、安全，是治疗腹部妊娠纹的一种较好方法。

The value of APPT was monitored and warfarin was reused 24 hours after operation.Results:The 17 cases of term delivery received Caesarean section and the weight of newborn was 2 600 g to 3 500 g.There were 4 cases of teratism,but the 2 cases keeping using warfarin was normal.The cardiac function maintained stable after delivery,the bleeding during operation was(247±139)ml, and no severe complications and death occurred.

其抗凝方案的调整既牵涉到孕妇在分娩时是否可能发生严重出血或栓塞等并发症，又关系到胎儿在药物作用下流产或畸形。1998年1月~2004年12月本院共收治此类妊娠分娩患者23例，现结合其临床资料分析探讨瓣膜置换产妇适合的抗凝方案以及华法林对妊娠和分娩过程的影响。1资料与方法1·1一般资料。

This study firstly discover and denounced that hCG is not only an important endocrine hormone in pregnancy, but also an important autocrine hormone for trophocyte and JAR cell. It directly influence cellular proliferation and endocrine function of JAR or trophoblastic cells.

六、本研究首次揭示并提出了hCG不仅是重要的妊娠期内分泌激素，而且对于JAR细胞而言，可能也适合正常妊娠滋养细胞，hCG是重要的自分泌激素，直接影响JAR细胞或滋养细胞的生长增殖与内分泌功能，可能也是必须的在局部产生作用的自分泌激素之一。

That because dyoxygen induced trophocyte proliferation and hCG secretion, at that moment, hPL level is not high, which is consistent with hPL level in placenta dysfunction, What this study show that hCG increase being not promote hPL secretion significantly may explain the phenomenon.

而在一些妊娠晚期子宫胎盘局部缺氧的病例，往往表现为hCG水平高于正常相同孕周妊娠者，这是因为缺氧诱发了滋养细胞的增生，hCG大量分泌，但此时hPL水平不高，是与胎盘功能不良时hPL水平往往不高相一致，本研究结果显示的hCG增高并不明显促进hPL的分泌可能可以解释这一现象。

Methods 97 healthy pregnant women and 46 healthy unpregnant women were chosen randomizely and arranged into observe group and control group respectively.
