Abstract］Objective To investigate the relevant factors of ectopic pregnancy and treatments and reveal causes of the increasing incidence.It could provide theoretical instruction about postabortal announcements and the choice of method of contraception.

目的 探讨异位妊娠诊断、发病相关因素及治疗方法，有助于进一步明确异位妊娠发病率增加的原因，并为宣教流产后的注意事项和避孕方法的选择提供理论指导。

Uterine obstruction of venous return can produce prearrest hypotension or shock and in the critically ill patient may precipitate arrest.1,2In cardiac arrest the compromise in venous return and cardiac output by the gravid uterus limits the effectiveness of chest compressions.

在怀孕20周以后，妊娠子宫挤压下腔静脉和主动脉，使静脉回流和心输出量受阻。子宫静脉回流受阻会导致停跳前高血压或休克，对病情危重的患者促进心跳停止[1，2]，同时，妊娠子宫还限制肺的舒张。

This experiment was designed to investigated the effect of energy and lysine content of thediet on maternal body gain, total number born, litter weight, serum biochemical indexes and hormone level, by means of saturation-D best regression design, so as to improve the reproductive performance of primiparous sow and offer theoretical basis for feeding during gestation.

本试验旨在研究日粮消化能(DE，Digestible Energy)和真可消化赖氨酸(TDLys，True Digestible Lysine)含量对初产母猪不同妊娠阶段母体增重、胎儿数、窝重、血液生化指标和激素水平等的影响，为提高初产母猪的繁殖性能以及在妊娠期进行合理饲喂提供理论依据。

It was found that during all three stages, the expression levels of Dnmt1 mRNA in the epithelial cells of the pregnant mice were significantly lower than those in the pseudopregnant mice (P.05), and the level of Dnmt1 protein expression in the pregnant mice was significantly decreased as compared with that in pseudopregnant mice at the 4-cell stage.

结果 Dnmt1蛋白主要表达于上皮层；妊娠组小鼠各期Dnmt1 mRNA表达水平均显著性低于同期假孕组(P.05)，妊娠组4细胞期Dnmt1蛋白表达水平显著性低于同期假孕组(P.05)。

EP2 immunostaining was gradually strengthened in the luminal epithelium and glandular epithelium from day 1 to 5 of pregnancy, followed by the gradual reducing of immunostaining on days 6-9. No specific signals for EP2 mRNA were detected in the uterus under delayed implantation, but strong signals were present in the luminal epithelium after reinitiation of implantation.

妊娠第1-5天的腔上皮和腺上皮上EP2免疫染色逐渐增强，到第6天时子宫腔上皮和腺上皮上有强的免疫染色，在随后妊娠第7-9天的子宫腔上皮上逐渐降低。

本研究在建立引产餐妊娠大鼠引产模型的基础上，探讨蓖麻油引产餐和蓖麻油中活性成份一蓖麻酸对妊娠大鼠体内组织前列腺素(PGE_2)合成对前列腺素合成酶环氧化酶-COX2。

TV-CDE是目前诊断早期异位妊娠有价值的检测手段，其血流频谱特征和&输卵管环&具有特殊诊断及鉴别诊断意义，尤其是对异位妊娠早期诊断具有特异性。

Methods:TV-CDE were performed in the diagnosis of salpingian ectopic pregnancy.Imaging and blood flow spectrum were analyzed,Vs,Vd,RI and PI were measured.Results:TV-CDE could show the signals of blood flow very well.

应用TV-CDE技术对98例临床疑诊异位妊娠患者的附件区包块行阴道二维超声图像、血流显像及频谱特征进行对照分析，对Vs、Vd、RI、PI值进行测量，分析了TV-CDE对异位妊娠定性的可行性。

The trophoblast blood flow spectrum could be easily detected with the guide of CDE.The ultrasonic findings were characterized by broad arterial flow spectrum,high diastolic component of the low resistance trophoblastic flow,RI＝0.40～0.51 with single or biphasic spectrum.The salpingian ring with high blood flow indicated early and complete salpingian pregnancy.

结果：①异位妊娠包块血流信号丰富，血管连续性好，能较完整显示血管床、血管网及范围广的低流速血流信号；②脉冲多普勒取样为滋养层周围性血流频谱，其特征为：频谱增宽、单相或双相持续存在、阻力降低(RI＝0.44±0.04)、舒张期血流丰富的动脉频谱；③具有鲜明丰富的滋养层周围性彩色血流频谱特征的&输卵管环&是早期输卵管妊娠的特征性表现，并提示是输卵管完整存在的标志。

Methods sixty-eight pregnant women with syphilis serologically confirmed were divided into treatment group and control group based on whether given full course of treatment during pregnancy. the gestational outcomes, perinatal prognosis and the occurrence of congenital syphilis between the two groups were compared.

根据妊娠期是否行全疗程抗梅毒治疗，将68例经血清学检查确诊为梅毒的孕妇分为治疗组和未治疗组，比较两组孕妇的妊娠结局、围产儿预后及新生儿先天梅毒的发生情况。
