本研究分析因输卵管妊娠行单侧输卵管切除后不孕在我院生殖中心接受体外受精一胚胎移植(in vitro fertili：ation and embryotransfer，IVF一ET)治疗的资料，比较输卵管切除侧卵巢与对侧卵巢对超排卵的反应性，为输卵管妊娠及输卵管积水的处理提供临床资料。
