Methods:Clinical data of 201 cases of early monovular pregnancy(5~12 weeks) were analyzed and divided into three groups:normal intrauterine pregnancy group, threatened abortion group and inevitable abortion group.

选择201例孕龄在5～12周的单胎孕妇，根据妊娠结局分为3组，正常妊娠组80例，先兆流产组68例，难免流产组53例，各组无年龄、孕产次及体重差异，测定血清孕酮及CA125水平。
