She was graduated from SuZhou medical college and has engaged in gynecologic clinic for 20 years. She has great experiences in diseases of pelvic inflammation, colpitis and cervicitis, etc. She is good at indolence abortion, sterility and female inflammations.

Objective1. To deeply understand the academic theory of my advisor about MIS and to grasp the technique of gynecological laparoscopic surgery. 2. To investigate the effect of different mode CO2 pneumoperitoneum on the body.(1)To detect the effect of two different types of insufflator on the iintraabdominal pressure during gynecological laparoscopic surgery.

目的：1、深刻理解导师关于微创治疗的学术思想，掌握妇科腹腔镜手术。2、研究探讨妇科腹腔镜手术中非微创因素——不同CO2充气模式形成的气腹对机体的影响：(1)研究两种不同工作原理的气腹机对妇科腹腔镜手术中患者腹腔压力的影响。

目的 探讨腹腔镜在妇科手术中的临床应用价值方法应用腹腔镜技术治疗妇科常见疾病：不孕、子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌瘤、卵巢囊肿、卵巢肿瘤、异位妊娠、慢性盆腔痛等307例。

The results showed in this study suggest up to 64% of patients with ROOC are closely correlated to gynecopathy and the treatment of gynecopathy also must be paid attention to for patients with ROOC.

Methods: 108 cases of vulval condyloma acuminatum confirmed by pathology were randomly divided into two groups with the same number in each group: ultrasound group and laser group. 54 cases in the ultrasound group were treated with focused ultrasound, other 54 cases underwent laser treatment.

经病理活检证实的外阴尖锐湿疣患者108例，随机等数量分配至超声组和激光组，利用海极星超声波妇科治疗仪进行治疗，激光组采用CO2激光治疗机进行治疗，观察两种方法治疗前后患者症状和体徵变化。
