Polygenetic relationship among different types and resources of Narcissus was studied by RAPD and ISSR. And special marker in French type of Narcissus by RAPD was transferred to SCAR, which is more iterative and stable to identify this type materials.1. DNA concentration extracted from Narcissus by 2% CTAB little method was higher than that from other plants by this method or mass method. This indicated that tender leaf tissue with little cellulose was the direct cause of high deriving of Narcissus DNA.

By setting the retting duration of 20 hours, the factors affecting the residual gum percentage of the retted kenaf fibers are studied. The experimental results show clearly that the following factors have the significant influence on the residual gum percentage of the retted kenaf fibers and show the obvious variation tendency. The preferred processing parameters are as follows: pH value 7. 0、bath ratio 1: 50、reuse percentage of retting liquid 50%、air flow volume 2. 5L/min、temperature 40℃、nitric additives (ammonia is better than nitrates) percentage 0.45%.By comparison with anaerobic retting, the retting duration using aerobes is much shorter than that using anaerobes.

确定了以好氧微生物脱胶作为本课题的脱胶路线后，在特定的脱胶时间（20小时）条件下，通过分析不同参数条件下的残胶率，研究了好氧微生物脱胶的各种影响因素对红麻脱胶的影响规律，并优选出最佳脱胶液回用比为50％，最佳pH值为7.0，最佳气流量为2.5L/min，最佳浴比为1：50，最佳水浴温度为40℃，最佳含氮添加剂为铵盐类化合物，最佳含氮添加剂用量为0.45％。

In order to research the degrading efficiency of the hard degradationg organism from coking wastewater by microbe. We used the superjacent sludge as cultivated object. Nutrient fluid was taken from a dining room. Then activated sludge was obtained by cultivation. And then, coking wastewater was used to go on cultivating and separating. The activated bacteria that could degrade coking wastewater were gained.

为了研究微生物对焦化废水中难降解有机物的降解效果，以池塘边上层污泥为培养对象，用米泔水作为营养液进行好氧培养，得到较多的活性较好的污泥复合菌，然后用焦化废水进行培养驯化，分离纯化得到较纯的可降解焦化废水的活性细菌。

During the preresearch on the testing well location selection in the south of western depression, three kinds of process and research work have been done according to the log datum on Well Moushen:(1)Formation analysis and formation pressure evaluation which verdicts that formation under 5198.5m is not of Trias, whereas is still in Permian, and abnormal formation pressure phenomenon exists in Members 1 and 3-4 of Shahejie Formation;(2)Re-interpretation of oil and gas formation and evaluation of reserve formation;(3)Evaluation of oil source rock. Members 1 and 3-4 source rocks of Shahejie Formation have good capability of oil generation.
