In this way, the credibility of evidence is very important, so the second research question is how the credibility of evidence is achieved by using these main appraisal resources, that is, how the authenticity, relevance and legality of evidence are better proved through the employment of these main appraisal resources.with regard to the third research question, jef verschueren's adaptation theory, especially the three worlds, that is, physical world, mental world and social world, is used to explain why these main appraisal resources are used to better achieve the goals of courtroom participants.it is hoped that this thesis, according to the analysis of ten civil courtroom trial discourses, is going to shed some light on the study of courtroom trials from the perspective of linguistics, enrich the scope of application of appraisal theory and enlighten some scholars in the legal field.

由此可见，证据的可信度在民事法庭审判中是十分重要的，因此，本文的第二个研究问题就是法庭审判的各方是如何通过主要评价资源的应用来更好的说明己方证据的可信度以及对方证据的不可信的，即庭审中的各方是怎样通过使用主要的评价资源来达到证明己方证据的可信度的。对于第三个研究问题，该论文使用jef verschueren's的顺应理论，特别是三个世界(物理世界、心理世界以及社交世界)的理论来解释为什么要使用这些主要的评价资源。该论文的意义在于通过对十个民事法庭审判语篇的研究来给从语言学的角度研究法庭审判提供一定的思考，扩大评价理论应用的范围以及给法律界的学者们一些启发。

The studies was proceeded on the the supercritical CO2 extraction technique of rotenone from Tephrosia vogelii. The extraction influences of technology conditions were systematically groped, The research results were listed as follows:1 The analysis method applied in this paper has been proved to be suitable to technology research of the studies on the SC-CO: extraction technique of rotenone from Tephrosia vogelii. 3 indexes, extraction ratio of rotenone. extraction ratio of total compounds and rotenone content percent in total compounds weight, were carried out with HPLC quantitatively determination combined with the sample weight loss after extraction. With these 3 indexes. The extraction influences of technology conditions were evaluated by synthesis. Then the best technology conditions were ascertained for different extraction aims.2 The pretreatment of rough material should be needed before extraction. Comminuting the material to 0.28mm size is most fit to SC-CO: extraction.3 Firstly static extracting 20 min then turn to dynamic doing is the better extraction mode than other ones.4 The orthogonal experiment was conduct with 3 factors and 5 levers.

本论文通过对非洲山毛豆SC-CO_2萃取中影响萃取效果的工艺条件的研究，初步得出如下结果：(1)本论文中所采用的萃取效果评价方法适宜于非洲山毛豆中鱼藤酮的超临界流体萃取技术研究，该方法具体为：HPLC定量分析非洲山毛豆SC-CO_2萃取物中的鱼藤酮含量，再结合萃取前后处理样品的重量损失，得出鱼藤酮萃取率、萃取所得粗物质萃取率和粗物质中鱼藤酮含量三个参数，以此三个指标综合评价萃取条件对萃取效果的影响；(2)通过对原料粒度对萃取效果影响的研究，结果表明SC-CO_2萃取非洲山毛豆复叶中的鱼藤酮，原料粉碎成30目粒度叶粉时萃取效果较好；(3)通过对萃取方式与萃取效果之间关系的研究，结果表明SC-CO_2萃取非洲山毛豆中鱼藤酮应采用先静态后动态的萃取方式，静态萃取时间为20min；(4)通过温度、压力和CO_2流量三因素五水平的正交试验，结果表明温度是最主要的影响因素，压力因素对鱼藤酮萃取率的影响程度高于CO_2流量，而对于粗物质萃取率和粗物质中鱼藤酮含量CO_2流量因素高于压力。

Four substances including 2-methyl ethyl acetoacetate and barley straw extract distilled from bulrush as well as cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and isothiazo lintone were used for the comparison experiment in inhibiting the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa in various phases. Result showed that inputting chemicals in the lag phase has better effect than in the log phase, and adding in lag phase can effectively inhibit the algae growth. Although feeding allelopathic substance at log phase can lead to certain restraining effect, it cannot result in the effective inhibition of algae growth, which can be well achieved by feeding CTAB and isothiazo lintone below 10mgl/L during log phase.
