Co-Chair, Piano DepartmentDirector, Eastman Young Artists International Piano Competition and FestivalDouglas Humpherys was Gold Medalist at the inaugural Gina Bachauer International Piano Competition. He has concertized throughout Asia, Europe, and North America, including recent concerts in Beijing, Hong Kong, Guanzhou, Wuhan, Seoul, Berlin, Hamburg, Dublin, Venice, Prague, and Novgorod, Russia. Humpherys completed his master's degree at the Juilliard School and received his doctorate from the Eastman School of Music.
