Some new method is presented in this paper: A. An Integrated parameters computation method to analysis asynchronous operation of the turbine generator is given, including the equivalence of short circuit and open circuit of field windings, deducing boundary condition of 〓 method and computing frequency parameters. B. A new memory structure for sparse complex matrix and a PCCG method based on it are introduced to save memory and computation time. C. An equivalent method of vacuum is presented, and effectively eliminate the effect of corner point and accelerate convergence of PCCG method. D. Coupling the computation of electromagnetic and temperature field is discussed and model for computing temperature field of the turbine generator rotor at asynchronous operation is built.

文中提出了以下新方法：(1)在失磁异步运行转子三维涡流场计算中提出了完整的参数计算方法，其中包括励磁绕组开、短路的等效，〓法边界条件的推导及频率参数的计算方法；(2)提出了铁心内空气域的等效方法，有效地解决了开槽引起的角点奇异问题，并提高了方程组的迭代收敛速度；(3)在〓法有限元模型中，创立了一种能节约内存、提高计算速度的压缩存储矩阵格式，并建立了基于该格式的方程组解法；(4)提出了涡流电磁场和温度场两种不同场计算的合理结合方法，建立了转子三维稳态和时变温度场的有限元计算模型。

Aimed at the problem of choosing the initial value when the Newton method is used to compute the controlling unstable equilibrium point, a practical and rigorous solving scheme was presented: by identifying the controlling load bus of the given fault, and using the Thevenin equivalent circuit to represent the rest of the system at the state of the post disturbance stable equilibrium point, using the steady equivalent circuit to represent the induction motor in composite load, and then using the torque characteristics of induction motor, a point near the CUEP is gained to be the initial value. The second order normal forms was used to approximate the stable manifold of CUEP, and the local approximating boundary of the region of attraction of the post disturbance stable equilibrium point was gained. Then just by simulating the state of the system at the fault clearing time, the transient voltage stability of the system could be determined.

针对采用牛顿法求取故障后系统主导不稳定平衡点(controlling unstable equilibrium point，CUEP)存在的初值选取难题，提出一种实用但不失严谨的解决方案：通过识别给定故障的主导负荷母线，对主导负荷母线以外系统由故障后稳定平衡点处的状态进行戴维南等值，对负荷中感应电动机部分采用其稳态等值电路，再由感应电动机的转矩特性求得CUEP附近的一个点作为近似的CUEP，以此为迭代初值可靠求得CUEP；采用二阶正规型来近似CUEP的稳定流形的方法求得近似的局部吸引域边界；由仿真得到故障清除时刻系统的状态并根据该状态是否位于吸引域内判断系统的暂态电压稳定性。

The inward current in OHCs was totally inhibited after the superfusion of 100μmolIL and 200μmo1/L linopirdine respectively. The outward rectifier K(superscript +) current I(subscript K was the dominant K(superscript +) current in the whole cell currents in Deiters' cells. In the presence of 200μmol/L linopirdine, the current was not significantly affected.

The comparison of the forementioned two schemes, especially the performance of PSS for model/object mismatch; and the comparison of PSS scheme and the scheme of feedforward + PT indicates that simulation result validates the performance of generic model control method.

比较了2种方案，着重考察了模型/对象失配时拟稳态控制方案的性能；并将拟稳态控制方案与前馈+PI控制方案做了对比。实验证实了文中提出的一般模型控制方法的有效性。

The outward rectifier K+ current current was the dominant K+ current in the whole cell currents in Deiters' cells. In the presence of 200μ M linopirdine, the Ik current was not significantly effected. Our findings demonstrated that the KCNQ heteromeric or homomeric potassium channel may be the molecular basis for the peak outward K+ current and testified that the inward IKn current is mediated by KCNQ potassium channel.

In this thesis, firstly, some main models have been checked on their accuracy, and the reliability of MACORS code has been verified by the RELAP5/MOD2 code on five transient conditions for QSNP: loss of flow; loss of offsite power; incontrollable control rod withdrawal; the feed-water temperature increasing and the feed-water lost. The results obtained are very satisfactory. Secondly, MACORS is used to calculate the operating and accident transients for QSNP, and the analysis results are significant to real engineering. And finally for MNRS, MACORS is used to simulate the steady-state natural circulation heat-removed capacity and the transient behaviors from forced circulation to natural circulation. Some important conclusions are obtained by the analysis results.

本论文首先从各方面对核动力系统中最主要的、热工水力特性最复杂的反应堆和蒸汽发生器进行单独验证和理论分析，其次分别利用RELAP5/MOD2程序和MACORS程序对秦山核电站的双环路失流、全厂断电、反应性事故引入、主给水参数变化及丧失主给水五种瞬态工况进行了计算，结果符合很好，从而证明了本程序模型的准确合理性，选择数值方法的有效性和编制程序的正确性；尔后，利用MACORS程序对秦山核电站的多种运行及事故瞬态进行了分析，得出了具有工程价值的结论；对船用核动力装置的稳态自然循环载热能力以及相应参数的特性、强迫循环与自然循环的过渡工况等进行了仿真分析，所得结论对我国核动力船舶的设计，运行以及安全审评具有重要的意义。

The critical shear stress unpinning the 60 dislocation from the ring-shaped hexagonal vacancy defect decreases as the temperature increases in the models, and approaches a stable value of 0.6GPa as the temperature is higher than 300K, bellow the misfit stress in common SiGe heterostructures, which indicates that the 60 dislocation can not be pinned by the ring-shaped hexagonal vacancy defects in this case.
