Hydraulics studies show that the actual mean residence time was approximately 1. 5 to 2 times greater than the theoretical mean residence time, which is of great advantage for degrading the pollutants in the reactor, and that the high reaction rate can be obtained by increasing the rotational speed.

设计了一种新型提升式圆盘多相光催化反应器(exalting round-platephotocatalytic reactor，ERPPR)，该反应器的主要特点是能够利用太阳光和粒状催化剂，通过对ERPPR水力学特性的研究发现，该反应器的实际平均水力停留时间约为理论平均停留时间的1.5到2倍，反应器内循环流量与提升桨转速成正比。
