太极拳

Taiji is a holistic form of exercise, and a type of Qigong that melds Chinese philosophy with martial and healing arts.

太极拳是一个整体的形式运动，一类气功软银中国哲学与武术和艺术愈合。

Thankfully however, through my explorations of the last few years, and particularly thanks to the teaching and guidance of master Xue Bin, I have found a more truthful, more comprehensive, deeper understanding of Taijiquan.

但是，通过近几年的探索和寻找，在薛斌老师的指导下，我对太极拳得到了一个更正确的、更全面的、更深的理解。

Then I recked my minds to get rid of it hence I chose to do exercises such as push-ups, leg practises, then bent my waists and then stretche the muscles and sinews of my limbs, now I practise Taiji and other martial arts and strenghthen my phisyque by virtue of exercises tools like chest pull and power twister etc.

还好我这个人很要强，听说体育锻炼能彻底治愈，就疯了一样潜心投入体育锻炼，什么俯卧撑，引体向上，单臂俯卧撑，到后来抻筋，下腰，跳跃，飞腿，到现在的太极拳，武当的轻功步法，少林掌法与指法加身法，内功行气上器械强化肌肉力量，终于取得了一身初现的肌肉与强健的体魄。

Eight-direction Line Diagram is formed by The Thirteen Postures, including eight directions, four normal directions of martial arts: east, west, south, north, and four corners directions: northeast, northwest, southeast, southwest, combining with five steps: advancing, retreating, look to the left, look to the right, central equilibrium, The circular Eight-direction Line Diagram is from a square, forming from the rim of a circle through geometry principle.

八方线图是从武术方向方位的四正位：东、西、南、北，四偶位：东北、西北、东南、西南、及前进、后退、左顾、右盼、中定等八门五步十三势组成，用几何原理以外接园从正方变化为圆形八方线图。太极拳十分重视方向方位及中正安舒，有了八方线，在练拳时，有一个准确的中心点，方向方位准确无误，避免脚步下出现&差之毫厘，谬以千里&的错误。
