类天疱疮乃因体內產生对抗BPAg1(BP230)及BPAg2(BP180)的自体免疫抗体所引起的后天性表皮下水疱病变，其好发於老年人族群。

DIF test on lesion or non-lesion skin showed immunoglobin and/or C3 deposits in the intercellular space of epidermis, and IIF test showed positive anti- intercellular antibody in patient serum using mouse's or rat's tongue or esophagus as substrate.

标本的收集：正常人的血清：采集沈阳市正常献血员外周静脉血共215份，待血凝后离心分离血清；患者的血清：来自中国医科大学一院及吉林大学二院门诊及住院部的病人，梅毒患者除了病史及临床表现外，全部经血清学TPHA及RPR确认；寻常性天疱疮患者除了临床及组织病理诊断外，还进行了直间接免疫荧光的检测，直接免诊断疫荧光：在皮损区及非皮损区的表皮细胞间显示IgG和/或C3补体沉积；间接免疫荧光用鼠或兔的舌或食管作为底物，在病人的血清中显示有肯定的细胞间抗体。
