LDL of serum in healthy person was separated by improve precipitate method.Results:Pae(300,150 mg.kg-1)could reduce significantly the levels of MDA of serum,aorta and liver;Pae(300 mg.kg-1)decreased obviously the content of OX-LDL of plasma;Pae1 000,200,40 μg.ml-1refrained markadly the course of oxidational decorate of LDL of serum in healthy person.

结果：Pae(300，150 mg.kg-1)可明显抑制高脂大鼠血清、主动脉及肝脏脂质过氧化反应；Pae(300 mg.kg-1)显著减少高脂大鼠血浆LDL的氧化修饰；Pae(1 000，200，40 μg.ml-1)对健康人血清LDL的体外氧化反应有极显著抑制效应。

Results (1) A typical pectus deformity occurred in rat underwent cutting off the lower three couples of costal cartilages bilaterally near the sternum, its presentation of pectus deformity can be compared with that in patients. 12 rats with PE who were performed Nuss procedure were survived without died from operation and the resume course was smoothly, all but three obtained desired configuration of chest wall.

4周龄SD大鼠134只，通过以不同方式切断或切除下位三对肋软骨观察术后胸廓发育，并对再生肋软骨进行形态学观察和免疫组织化学染色；用&Z&字形钢针对漏斗胸模型大鼠实施仿Nuss手术，通过胸廓外观和CT扫描进行评价：结果进行统计学分析。

Methods Six weeks old male Fischer 344 rats (F344) were used as donors, and six weeks old male F344alb as recipients. All F344alb were divided into 4 groups: group Ⅰ(n=10) was untreated; group Ⅱ(n=10) was treated with CCl4 but no γ-irradiation and transplantation; group Ⅲ(n=10) was transplanted with 1×10^7 BMCs after γ-irradiation, but without CCl4 treatment; group Ⅳ(n=10) was transplanted with 1×10^7 BMCs after γ-irradiation, with CCl4 treatment. The BMCs prepared from the donors were infused via the penial veins of recipients immediately after whole body γ-irradiation (7.5Gy) and CCl4 treatment: 4 weeks after BMCs transplantation, CCl4 were injected into peritoneal cavity twice a week for 4 weeks.

雄性F344大鼠为供体，而雄性F344alb为受体，分为4组：组Ⅰ(n=10)为正常对照组，不接受肝损处理，无全身射线照射和阴茎静脉骨髓细胞移植；组Ⅱ(n=10)为肝损无移植组，只接受肝损处理，无全身射线照射和阴茎静脉骨髓细胞移植；组Ⅲ(n=10)为正常移植组，全身射线照射后阴茎静脉移植骨髓细胞1×10^7；组Ⅳ(n=10)为肝损移植组，接受CCl4注射肝损，全身射线照射后阴茎静脉骨髓细胞移植1×10^7BMCs，其中，γ-照射剂量为7.5Gy，F344大鼠的BMCs经受体的阴茎静脉注入。

Results］SVHRP could obviously delay forming a time of seizure susceptibility, and decrease the expression of PENK compared with KA leads to increase the expression of PENK.

结果］蝎毒耐热蛋白干预组的大鼠较单独给予红藻氨酸组的大鼠癫痫敏感性形成率明显降低（P＜0.05），而且前脑啡肽原的表达也明显下降（P＜0.05）。

Methods］Systemic injection of KA results in forming animal model of epileptic susceptibility, at the same time, treated them with SVHRP,observed the epileptic behavioral processes according Racine seizure stage, and investigated the expression of PENK mRNA by means of RT-PCR.

方法］大鼠颈部皮下注射红藻氨酸，制备癫痫敏感性动物模型后，给予蝎毒耐热蛋白（scorpion venom heat resistant protein，SVHRP）进行干预。通过观察癫痫行为学表现检测SVHRP对癫痫敏感性形成的影响，同时应用RT-PCR技术检测不同处理组大鼠海马内前脑啡肽原表达的变化。

Methods Seventy-five SD rats were randomized into five groups: normal, model, iodine glycerin (20 g/L), high-dose SP (200 g/L) and low-dose SP (100 g/L). The experimental periodontitis rat models were established by ligating molars with steel wire combined with intramuscularly injection of prednisolone (1.25mg, 8 times). Except that the model and normal groups were treated by applying saline, the other groups were treated by applying the corresponding drugs 0.5 mL to the peridentium, tid for 10 days. After treatment, debris index, probe depth and bleeding rate during probing were investigated and the pathological changes of periodontal tissues were also observed.

方法］SD大鼠随机分为正常组，模型组，碘甘油组(20g/L)，舒口散高、低剂量组(200、100 g/L)；采用钢丝结扎牙齿加肌注波尼松龙（l.25 mg/次，共8次）的方法复制大鼠实验性牙周炎模型；药物采用口腔局部涂搽，每次0.5mL，每日3次，10 d为1疗程，模型组与正常组给予等容积生理盐水；检测各组软垢指数、探诊深度、探诊出血阳性例数，并取牙周组织进行病理学检查。
