Methods Twenty Wistar rats were divided into 2 groups: a normal control group and a DN model group. We determined the 24 h proteinuria and other biochemic indexes, measured the ultrastructures of podocytes with electronic microscope, and detected the expression of nephrin and podocin with immunohistochemical technique and RT-PCR at the 4th and 8th weeks.

将20只大鼠随机分为正常对照组和糖尿病肾病大鼠模型组，于第4， 8周检测24h尿蛋白量等生化指标、用免疫组织化学和RT-PCR方法检测肾皮质nephrin， podocin蛋白及mRNA 表达，用透射电镜检测足细胞超微结构变化。

Methods The skeletal muscle stem cells were enzymatically isolated with collagen and dispase, and then purified by different adhesion time from 6 female SD rats. The purified cells were transinfected with adenovirus carrying lac-Z gene, and injected into the bladder neck of 6 autologous and 4 allogeneic rats. Tissues of blader neck and ureter were obtained in sacrified rats after 5 and 15 days, histological examination and X-gal staining were performed.

采用混合酶消化及反复差速贴壁法分离、纯化培养SD大鼠骨骼肌干细胞，然后用携带lac-Z基因的腺病毒载体转染肌干细胞，待转染成功后将携带lac-Z基因的骨骼肌干细胞注射于自体和同种异体的膀胱颈及后尿道周围，分别于注射后5、15d，处死大鼠取出膀胱颈及后尿道，行组织学检查及X-gal染色。

Results: BIO-1211 aerosol at 1, 3 and 10 mg/ml significantly inhibited the changes in lung resistance and lung dynamic compliance after antigen challenge in the sensitized rats in a dose-dependent manner, BIO-1211 at 25, 50, 100 and 200μg/ml inhibited the fibronectin-induced neutrophil adhesion by 23.5%, 24.6%, 61.4% and 58.1%, respectively, and serum-induced adhesion by 29.9%, 35.9%, 35.3% and 15.4%, respectively. Inhalation of 10mg/ml BIO-1211 did not show any protection against histamine and actetylcholin-induced bronchoconstriction.

结果：给大鼠气雾吸入BIO-1211 (1、3、10mg/ml)呈剂量依赖抑制致敏大鼠抗原攻击引起RL的升高和Cdyn降低；BIO-1211(25、50、100、200μg/ml)明显抑制纤维黏连蛋白和血清诱导的中性粒细胞黏附反应，其抑制率分别为23.5%、24.6%、61.4%、58.1%和29.9%、35.9%、35.3%、15.4%；但BIO-1211 (10 mg/ml)给豚鼠气雾吸入不能抑制乙酰胆碱和组胺诱导的药物性哮喘。

To reseach the mechanisms of ED wtih DM from the acpects of endocrinology, morphology and molecular biology, using rats from NDM and STZ groups as control, the concentration of testosterone, LH and FSH in sera, the microstructure of testicular tissue, bulbocavernous and ischiocavernous muscle tissue, and penile cavernous tissue, the ultrastructure of penile cavernous tissue, and the expression of nNOS mRNA, the content of nNOS and eNOS, the activity of NOS and the concentration of cGMP in the pathway of LARG-NO-cGMP in penile cavernous tissue from ED rats with DM were reseached or examinated in Group A, B and C.

本实验利用第一部分所建立的DM性ED模型，采用NDM及STZ大鼠作对照，通过对A组、B组及C组DM性ED大鼠血清中睾酮、LH及FSH浓度的测定，睾丸组织形态结构的研究从内分泌方面探讨DM性ED的发病机理；通过对阴茎海绵体组织显微及超微结构和球海绵体肌及坐骨耻骨肌显微结构的研究，首次从形态学方面探讨DM性ED的发病机理；通过对阴茎海绵体组织L-ARG-NO-cGMP通路中nNOS mRNA表达、nNOS及eNOS含量、NOS活性及cGMP浓度的检测，从分子生物学方面探讨DM性ED的发病机理。

By comparision, cancerigenic rate in the 6mg group was 70%(7/10) and higher than the 9mg group in 6 months, the death rate was lower.

结果： 包埋DMBA4个月后大鼠胰腺开始出现腺癌，胰腺癌模型组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ相比，术后6个月癌发生率为70%（7/10），实验大鼠死亡率低，致癌率较高。

Results The rate of cancerously transformed nasopharyngeal epithelia was 0% in experimental group treated by YJD, which lowered significantly than that in model group (86.3%) feeding saline; the rate in control group was also 0%, but all the animals were gradually dead from 250th to 310th day.

结果 益气解毒方组大鼠鼻咽上皮组织的癌变率为0%，明显低于生理盆水模型组(86.3%)；维甲酸阳性对照组大鼠的癌变率为0%，但该组所有动物均于实验周期的第250-310天间逐渐死亡。

MethodsIsolated uterus preparations of above animals were made according to the literature and its contractive effects to four different extracts of Phrynium capitatum Willd flower were observed and recorded with BL-410 experimental system for biological function; the EC50s of the extracts were determined and compared with it of Herba Leonuri fluid extract.
