Methods: The osteoporosis model was made by male unsex rats and ANFD model was made by bipedal rats. The following indexes were observed: bone mineral density, bone metrology, fatty deposition in femoral head, blood capillary distrubution and other related biochemical indicators.

采用去势大鼠骨质疏松模型和二腿大鼠股骨头缺血性坏死模型，分别进行了骨密度、骨计量学、股骨头脂肪沉积、股骨头毛细血管分布和相关生化指标测试等试验研究。

Methods:Unsexed 7-day-old Wistar rats were used as research subjects,and randomly divided into 5 group: the HIBD group(n=12), the HBO early-treated group(n=12), the HBO late-treated group(n=8), the sham operation group(n=12) and the control group(n=6).The HIBD model pups were subjected to unilateral left carotid artery ligation followed by 2h of hypoxia(8%O2 at 37 degree C).

新生7日龄Wistar大鼠为实验动物，雌雄不限，采用结扎左侧颈总动脉后通8%低氧的经典方法制作大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤模型，并随机分为HIBD组(n=12)、HBO早治组(n=12)、HBO晚治组(n=8)，假手术组(n=12)，空白对照组(n=6)。

METHODS: 15 sprague dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups according to sample taking time after left cervical vagotomy:1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and another 5 rats without vagotomy were used as normal control.

15只SD大鼠切断左侧迷走神经，术后按取样时间随机分为术后一周、一月、三月组，每组5只；另设5只正常SD大鼠作为对照组。

ERα is the major subtype of estrogen receptor in vaginal tissue of rats. ERα and ERβ expressions are down-regulated in the vaginal tissues after ovariectomy. Our findings show that estradiol valerate can up-regulate the expression of ERα but ERβ.

ERα是大鼠阴道优势表达的雌激素受体亚型；去势后阴道ER亚型表达下调，以ERβ明显；戊酸雌二醇可明显上调去势大鼠阴道ERα的表达，但不上调ERβ的表达。

ERαhad a weaker expression inraloxifene of 1mg/kg/d with estradiol valerate of 0.02mg/kg/d group than the othergroups 1 Raloxifene combined with different estradiol dosages hasdemonstrated the same protecting effect on bone as raloxifene alone. Combinedadministration does not decrease the protecting effect. 2 Raloxifene combined with different estradiol dosages has not demonstratedstimulatory effect on uteri and breasts and has maintained normal aorta structure.
