The effects of QDPTP on cerebral blood flow and artery blood pressure in anesthetized rats The regional cerebral blood flow in cerebral pia mater was examined by Laser Doppler Flowmeter and the artery blood pressure (including mean systolic pressure, mean diastolic pressure and mean blood pressure) were monitored by the electrophysiological polygraph before and after drug administration.

结果表明：模型组脑组织及血清IL1-β含量分别为1006.4±247.1 pg/ml和370.8±76.6 pg/ml，与之相比，QDPTP中剂量(550.7±99.8，268±64.6)组中脑组织及血清中IL1-β的含量显著降低(P.01)，川芎嗪脑也明显减少组织IL1-β的含量(627.8±144.7，P.05)。 QDPTP对麻醉大鼠局部脑血流量和动脉血压的影响采用激光多普勒血流仪测量大鼠软脑膜局部的血灌注量，其被视为局部的脑血流量。

Results In OVX control group, hypotrichosis, hypoactivity and l istlessness were observed after operation; and in SHAM group, OVX I group, OVX II group and OVX III group, pilus, psyche and activity were normal.

结果 术后OVX 对照组大鼠毛发逐渐稀疏，活动迟缓，精神萎靡不振，反应较为迟钝；其余4 组大鼠毛发光洁，精神及活动正常。

Results After many times oral administration of Jiangtangning capsules(40～600mg/kg),the blood glucose of hyperglycemic mice,rats and rabbits induced by adrenaline,glucose,streptozotocin and alloxan was decreased obviously,and had significant dose-effect relationship,the symptoms of polydipsa,polyphagia and polyuria were improved for alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice and rats,meanwhile the release of insulin in alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice serum was promoted,but having no apparent influence on the normal blood glucose of mice.

结果 在40～600mg/kg剂量下，多次灌服降糖宁胶囊对肾上腺素、葡萄糖、链脲佐菌素和四氧嘧啶引起的小鼠和大鼠以及家兔高血糖均有明显的降低作用，且有明显的量效关系，还可明显改善四氧嘧啶性高血糖小鼠和大鼠多饮、多食、多尿等三多症状，并可促进四氧嘧啶性高血糖小鼠血清中胰岛素的释放。但对小鼠正常血糖却无明显影响。
