Methods: We extract hippocampus chondriosome from the vascular dementia rat and measure the activity of mitochondrial COX by the UV-spectrophotometer, then detect its gene order through RT-PCR.

从VD大鼠中提取海马线粒体利用紫外分光光度计技术检测各组大鼠海马COX活性，通过RT-PCR等技术对其基因序列进行检测。

METHODS: The acute pancreatitis model was induced by retrograde injection of 50 g/L sodium taurocholate into the bili-pancreatic duct in SD rats. Forty-eight mas-culinity SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: the sodium taurocholate group and the operational control group. The serum amylase level and the histol-ogical pathologic changes of pancreas were measured at different time point in each group. The expression of pancreatic CINC protein and mRNA were determined by immunohistochemistry and semi-quantitative reve-rse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction, respectively.

采用向胆胰管逆行注射50 g/L牛磺胆酸钠建立大鼠SAP模型， 48只♂SD大鼠随机分为手术对照组和SAP组，分别检测各组不同时间点血清淀粉酶和胰腺组织病理学改变，用免疫组织化学法和半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应法检测胰腺组织中CINC蛋白和CINC mRNA表达的变化情况。

Pathological change: 24 hours after operation, the brain tissue of two groups got classical pathological change of cerebral ischemia infarction. There were some mono-nucleus cells infiltrating in transplantation group while none in control group.

病理学改变：术后24 h，两组大鼠均出现典型的脑缺血梗死病理变化，自体骨髓干细胞移植组大鼠的梗死区可见少量单个核细胞，而对照组则无。
